  1. of course and I agree with her
  2. I watched 42 minutes before bed so didn’t finish it. 1. Janet knows when to turn it on and when not to, not surprised she put on a good show for Essence. 2. Janet’s not spending too much money on production and costumes, she did two and had four dancers properly the least ever. That outfit was all RWY tour opener different color and sparkly, it worked 3. yes mixing contemporary with her songs added a good touch, she’s done it before and it works 4. that catalog is excellent she brought back just enough for just long enough to wet the palate
  3. she killed a lot of the songs, love the arrangements, she did IGL !
  4. She did the damn thing, it's on Youtube, the opener was great, her entrance was serving me Donna Summer teas, looks great, her outfit in the black with the sparkles looks great, the sound mixing is great, loved she gave us a taste of "So Much Betta" ....she kept it cute, lots of energy
  5. I have yet to finish season 4 beyond episode one I have been enjoying Obi Wan Qanobi (sp?)
  6. Kelly is off at the beginning around 41 in she looks lost
  7. that moment at 2:26 ....all that attitude....gone gurl
  8. I'm half wake today, what Im trying to say is what the kids are about, and I don't think Janet cares about it, BUT, the kids are really getting into the 80s, the dudes are dressing 80s now, they love the stuff.
  9. he talked about this key Janet has, and he dropped some tea ! apparently it's the key to the animal cages at Mike's
  10. ummm it doesn't sound current, and what she leads with matters, she might want to listen to The Weeknd because he's basically redoing the 80s and the kids love it, Janet is familiar with the 80s
  11. facetime and I'm staying up for this .........of course
  12. gurl ride the wave, and keep it cute sis 15.7 million viewers, we see you
  13. he gave a lot of background info on the tour, the perks, Rene, how people interacted, I just found it interesting
  14. Did you see the recent interview with Paris Jackson and Mario Lopez? He asked her if she would be open to working with Janet, Paris said, she's open to working with all types of artists, but she didn't see herself doing trap music (shade)
  15. Chile Janet out here releasing HD "The Knowledge" gurl she is the queen of trolling us I mean 1989-now but thanks cause I fucks with it
  16. I heard "Luv I Luv" it sounds like Michael to a degree, reminds me of "You Rock My World" I can't give much more of an opinion because haven't heard the whole song.
  17. she really honored Michael, so his fans can have several seats. I think it was a well-done documentary, she could release an extended version for fans. The second part did a lot more of what I wanted to see as a fan, show the public what she's done and achieved. Thank You Janet!
  18. I gotta step over this thread now I haven't heard the new song nor watched the second half of the doc, I have an exam on Tuesday, been working on that
  19. the commercials did me in, to the point I just said fine
  20. Watched part 1, just finished, its beautifully shot, the enormity of the eras is visually present. Janet seems very contemplative, the nostalgia is kinda missing, I don't hear the excitement from her, she's more pensive about the past and relationships etc. I was moved to tears when she spoke on James, that really got me. I found the pace of the documentary to be somewhat satisfying, but in all honesty how do you cover all the cultural impact she has had in 4 hours? I don't know how you can, it feels like another 2 hours could be spent showing her impact on other artists, but it's not there as of yet, her impact on black women, and culture. Janet's story encompasses so much more. So far overall I'm mostly happy she did this, it's not her style to open up and share, so I dont expect her to be too candid, about the entertainment business, or her interactions within the industry, in this sense the story remains true to Janet, she's a class act. there's no one like her and no one ever will be.
  21. I just want to cry, to be alive, to be here, to be able to enjoy another chapter in the life of Janet Jackson, whom I love so much, just so much, but I can't help but cry, because it brings me so much joy, we waited so long for this.
