Honestly, after the baby & new mother time off, I hope whatever it is she does -- she's 100% into it and focused on a finished outcome... This era had a little too much misdirection and turmoil for my taste... Though I don't begrudge her one bit for having a baby. Whatever she does next, hopefully it's not as messy as its been so far. If it's producing TV movies/documentaries/film projects, I hope she's doing it mainly for her, and not just to please the fans, despite how strange that sounds...

Seeing this story makes me grateful that Janet's separated herself from all her toxic, dysfunctional past relationships/influences (love interests, family, professional, etc.) Some on this board gripe over Wissam's apparent influence over her -- I'm just glad she seems happy & at peace in this space.

Yes, the "shady clap" was a moment -- loved the breakdown. It felt like a revised, sultry PP bit. Her fierceness was totally appropriate for the video.

Easy with the insults.. Im actually pleased she's becoming a mother (along with her best album in at least 15 years), so I don't know what you're talking about. Regardless of the family news,this disoganized, half-hearted incoherent era showed she wasn't "listening". Missed opportunities and self-sabotage were the main takeaways, not Unbreakable.

PR, as we've seen from this era, isn't Janet's strong suit.
