jarrylf
Missy Elliott has been apart of & creating great female collaborations for YEARS, am I the only 1 who thinks it'd be cool to have a whole album of songs like that with just multiple female pop, R&B, & Rap artists, with legends, icons, & newbies (think about it, Missy's like 1 of VERY few artists who has songs with Madonna, Mariah, AND Janet), like yes I think that could be REALLY cool and really hot? Just asking about the idea of it, would you be interested, and/or do you think it'd work? I can't wait for Missy to get to Rih & Gaga. JoeJoe
she has songs with Madonna? Were they flops cause i've never heard of them?
TwistedElegance™
I have always thought it cool that Missy has worked with the four female big guns; Janet, Madonna, Whitney, Mariah. They make up the superstar diamond of females for our generation. As for a collaborative album they're so hit or miss. I'd definitely be up for it, though. TwistedElegance™
she has songs with Madonna? Were they flops cause i've never heard of them? Missy remixed 'American Life' and they did the GAP commercial together. A lot of people also forget Missy was part of the VMA performance where Madonna kissed Britney and Christina. jarrylf
Yea the 1st time I ever heard Get Into The Groove (a Mad song I like) it was because of that Gap commerical http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XGXQ_aVD6Wg My 1st time seeing this commercial in YEARS, gotta say, she doesn't look hideous here, looks like a hot 50 yr old. jarrylf
I FORGOT SHE WORKED WITH WHITNEY THATS RIGHT. And most of the songs she does with other female artists are just GREAT. Tis why I think if she were to anouncea album with all her gals, old & new, it'd be really cool
Escapade
Anything with Missy would be cool tbh. I really love her!
Aquaria
Yea the 1st time I ever heard Get Into The Groove (a Mad song I like) it was because of that Gap commerical I just can't with you
Aquaria
But anyway it would actually be cool to get all the big females on one song like ladies night. Gaga, Beyonce, Rihanna, Nicki etc.
Reyna ♔
It sounds good in theory. I think in reality it could end up a mess. I don't know how well all of their voices would mesh into one album, and perhaps not a song either. I'd be up for it if it was handled very well. Not just the big name artists but the best producers possible as well.
RedSimba
Yeah, that's impressive that she worked with the Big 4 Divas! I just want a new music ~ I think she just feels pressured to top the last album.
jarrylf
^^^ Basically, I'd imagine too, EVERY year she postpones makes it even harder for her because she has to now be worth the wait (like Janet honestly does to), so she's probably feeling a ton of pressure from the world to deliver something so big and so new, it can't be This Is Not A Test, it has to be like Miss E.
