Escapade
LOL it's very real but idk. They're a terrorist organization as well as ordinary citizens so it'll be kind of hard to crack down on them.
Reyna ♔
The petition is fake according to this article: http://www.theepochtimes.com/n3/812988-kkk-petition-to-purge-hoax-ku-klux-klan-purge-of-african-americans-fake-2-million-signatures-petition-doesnt-exist/ To answer the question, they do have freedom of speech and expression to say what they want. Though of course, they can't actually commit or genuinely threaten to commit the acts they want to do.

Expression isn't apart of the first Amendment of the US Constitution To answer the question, they live off the First Amendment, freedom of speech, along with the freedom of assembly, and crooked cops

CalQuin
Because America's still the same place it's always been.... Direct Racism became unpopular and culturally unacceptable so all the people who didn't get over their issues kept their opinions at their kitchen tables, had kids, secret meetings and then came the explosion of the internet. Where they can do any and everything while hiding their face. God Bless America
