The beginning of "My Need" is sampled right at 2:51 OMG...........thank you Austin, that means alot to me, I actually REALLY have been looking hard for this, and I hear it, and not only that, but as a Diana fan I always heard there was a version with the longer slow beginning but I never really jumped into looking for it, that slow beginning before it turns to disco is EVERYTHING, it's my favorite part of the song, and makes that 1 of my favorite Diana song, and it gives me SOOOO Janet, I'd love if she covered it, but it was always so cool to me that she sampled it but annoying that I couldn't tell in the same way I could with Monica's sample. Thanks alot man, I really appreciate that that is a really cool site. I remember he mentioned that, didn't he say in the interview he went into detail about it that it was made with the intention of being for both but Janet liked it so much she purposely didn't tell him about it or something along those lines.
