*I give it to Usher, because tho ofcourse I love DJ more, that was the Usher era that converted me to being a fan, that era was 100% perfect from 1st single to last, the album had filler but it's great songs were really great, can't deny the man the impact that era had.

*Damita Jo is my fave Jane album of the 2000's, love the vocals and love the different tones of R&B/soul

* I liked Destiny Fullfilled when it was new, but it gets a low ranking in 04 because it came out late in the year. It's lower on the 2014 list beause honestly I don't think it aged well, but Loose my Breath & Girl I still love

*Free Yourself, Goodies & Beautifully Human are my 2nd favorite albums from all 3 artists

*I've never been a huge fan of Get Lifted/U Saved me, thought the whole album was a desperate ploy and plead to the fans ( and court)

*Both Musicology & Get Lifted I loved when they were new but don't use very much these days but when I do I enjoy

*I love Afrodisiac but don't think it's deserving to follow Brandy's 1st 3.(wheres hell I didn't even think Full Moon was good enough to follow Bran's 1st 2.

Im torn between Destiny Fulfilled and Afrodisiac.

Imma roll with Afro, even tho it was an even mixture of a mess and a masterpiece, the song that are gems weigh heavier in my decision to choose it. She had sum INCREDIBLE , timeless shit on that album that still moves me til this day

Damita Jo and Afrodisiac are my favorites from this year. Confessions was a great album even though I don't care for Usher. Destiny Fulfilled was at least solid so it gets an honorable mention, too. I'll give it to Janet.

Damita Jo wins my vote. It's also my favorite J album of the 2000s, and probably my favorite summer album.
