Rock & Roll Hall of Game Posted October 14, 2014 Share Posted October 14, 2014 According to the lawsuit, Kesha was sexually, physically, and emotionally abused by the long time Producer for nearly 10 years and is seeking money for damages. Kesha claims from day one, Dr. Luke has made several sexually advances and forced her drink and do drugs. The lawsuit goes on to accuse Dr. Luke of giving Kesha "sober pills", which she would take drunkenly. The pills would knock her out and she would wake up in his bed. Dr. Luke alleged called her a "fucking refrigerator" and that she's "not pretty" and "not talented", but "she's lucky to have him".
