Well That's the purpose of the grand jury.. to decide whether or not a case goes to court.. Ferguson's Grand Jury of its peers decided there was not enough evidence to try the officer.. They look at proof, testimony, photographs, experts, etc. Our justice system is flawed but the law has spoken... Justice won't be served and people should protest silently and peacefully..
