I don't. When you do dirt Karma comes back and catches that ass This kind of shit makes no sense to me. NONE. It really doesn't. He should've had enough money being producer of artists like Da Brat, Mariah, and Bow Wow who've all sold millions under him for him to not even have to be paying mortgage on shit. He should own mansions by now not paying mortgage smh
EphraimAdamz
I feel bad because the black community tends to drop the ball when it comes to teaching our children money management. Then we grow up and shit like this happens.

Rock & Roll Hall of Game
yeah but still as I said he should've been owning mansions not paying mortgage He didn't make THAT much money off her... Bailey
I wonder if maybe this is a way to walk away from more home than he needs. It is valued at more than he owes, so with that said someone stands to profit

bu.
Don't understand why rich people don't outright pay in full rather than mortgage? Or am I missing something? Surely they can afford it at the time? Anyway meh. No sympathy. If he was a regular dude like us struggling to make ends meet in menial low paid jobs then I'd feel sorry for him. bu.
He didn't make that much Or he did but squandered it on living it large? All those hits he produced before 2006 when he was relevant, he better have made something.

Not a good investment.. Doesn't build credit
JoeJoe
Or he did but squandered it on living it large? All those hits he produced before 2006 when he was relevant, he better have made something. He definitely made enough. I don't know what kind of income Game thinks JD was making but you trying to tell me over 20yrs he ain't make enough to own 2 or 3 mansions? Either you don't know about money or you're gullible.
