downeaznboi
So he according to him slavery didnt take black peoples dignity, and human dignity is not gauranteed under the constitution. Maybe his black card should be revoked and given to Rachel Dolezal. At least she wants to be black.
Bailey
Clarence Thomas replaced Thurgood Marshall on the court as the second Black to be on it......I always think Thurgood Marshall is rolling over in his grave about it

DasSad
So he according to him slavery didnt take black peoples dignity, and human dignity is not gauranteed under the constitution. Maybe his black card should be revoked and given to Rachel Dolezal. At least she wants to be black. Clarence Thomas is a disgrace. He never had a black card and Rachel just wants to be the color black. Being a black person is more than just bearing the skin color. She sued Howard University over their affirmative action policy but says she connects with black women. If you connect then you should understand why affirmative action is there in the first place.
Rock & Roll Hall of Game
Being a black person is more than just bearing the skin color. being a black America is literally just bearing a color of the skin. Otherwise Marshal Mathers is black and a minority This "black card" nonsense is For children. Since you're the only member in the past three posts that said anything worthwhile. Thank you. The other two are coming for me instead of adding a substantial reply.
Angela
Clarence Thomas has and will always be an Uncle Tom. Not worth defending. Anita Hill tried to warn America.

Rock & Roll Hall of Game
All four of the dissents were nuts. I'm not sure why we're holding his crazy above the other justices

trackboy
Well he actually is not lying. Although enslaved through the use of spirituals and other coping mechanisms slaves held on to their dignity while being treated as less than humans and also the constitution does not guarantee dignity. Such language is not in the Constitution and Clarence Thomas's legal philosophy is that of an originalist -- therefore if it is not directly stated in the Constitution or its subsequent amendments such a right does not exist. As an African-American, I appreciate that we do not all have to have the same group think mentality and are allowed to think for our own selves according to our experiences and beliefs (no matter how others may perceive those views) like every other race is able to.
