trackboy
This is kind of eh to me. I wish she would've got Drake on this. He would've been perfectly sappy for this than J. Cole's tired motifs. But I'm still going to rock with it because got damn Janet is back!

janetDAYZ
I like J.Cole but he does nothing at ALL for this song. It juss didnt take me nowhere. Not a good fit for this song. I agree about Drake, he would have fit this sooo much better. His tone and lyrically
Utopia
J Cole really doesn't add much to the song. It's like they tried to squeeze him there for no reason.I'd be fuming if i was kendrick tho
bu.
Kendrick is somewhere seething I haven't heard the remix but i do like Bae Cole! Excited to hear it later.
SonofBaldwin
I find the original version far superior. I don't really like J. Cole's addition that much. Sorry.

Rock & Roll Hall of Game
I agree.. Drake would have been a better match but he went and kissed the Vampire.. So she had to settle for J Cole

SonofBaldwin
I think my problem with it is that J. Cole comes in a little too hard. "No Sleeep" is a mellow song that requires you to ease into it with some grace and J. Cole kinda just busts in with all the grace of an rhinoceros.Had he took it down a notch or two, this might have been doper than it turned out to be.

Cole and before I heard this remix, I would have thought he was the perfect choice. But the end product simply doesn't give me the crisp, sharp, graceful, melodic performance I'm looking for. Rock & Roll Hall of Game
His verse does sound a bit eh BUT I think it works. I would rather it end the same as the original and put his verse before the bridge. Kanye West would have been a great choice too but we can settle for J Cole. I ain't mad at Jan

BlackCat77
I'm sure the solo single version will still be available for those who like it better. Maybe both can get more play on radio/streaming sites because there are two versions. Can't wait to see what the video will be like though
