bu.
Meh you can chalk it up to technical difficulties, but as a singer Mariah should be able to improvise and just sing the damn song. Gaga would just say to cut the track and do it acapella. Or take out a piano app on her phone. Fight or flight syndrome sis. Mariah choked and flew. In fact, I remember reading some interview of Gaga a while back where she said she can't ever see herself lipsyching during a live performance and that she'd "rather sound like shit" than dupe her audience.. although I'm thinking for the Super Bowl they may force her to lipsynch, but we'll see
DasSad
As the Mariah Carey saga continues following her New Year's Eve performance debacle, none other than Tommy Mottola—who catapulted Carey to stardom and was married to her for five years—has entered the fray. In a note given to the New York Post's Page Six, Mottola defended the siren while advising her to find "more seasoned and respected professionals" to handle her career and questioned the wisdom of her pending reality series.“MC is arguably the greatest pop voice to come along in the last three decades," Mottola wrote. "She has had more number one hits than any pop artist in history!!! She is a global icon and a treasure with incredible talent not only as a singer but as a great songwriter. What happened on NYE could’ve happened to anyone! Yes, her technical people should’ve helped pay more attention to all of it so that there was no chance of that happening.”http://hitsdailydouble.com/news&id=304390I agree with him. I just started watching her reality show and the people she has around her are more suited for a new artist. Her manager is a mess and she fired the one person out of all of them that was professional her creative director. A 12 year old runs the social media department.
