Rock & Roll Hall of Game Posted February 8, 2017 Share Posted February 8, 2017 (edited) By Kelly Knaub Law360, New York (February 7, 2017, 7:22 PM EST) -- A California-based photographer filed suit against Hearst Communications Inc. in New York federal court on Tuesday, alleging that the media giant reprinted four of his photographs, including ones of Janet Jackson and "The X-Files," without his permission.Michael Grecco said in his complaint, filed in New York’s Southern District, that Hearst reprinted photographs of Janet Jackson, "The X-Files," the character Xena from the television show "Xena: Warrior Princess" and the new wave band The B52s on its various digital publications without a license to do so....That's all I can read from this bc users need to subscribe for the rest.
