Another sellout in Nashville, Tennessee at the Ascend Amphitheater granted the capacity is only 6,800

thats fine, 6800, but going forward I kinda want her to be able to expand the show, expand her stage expand her setlist....she was underestimated, she sold out tickets, now if this continues she needs to come even harder surprise us!

that's what I'm hoping. I'll be happy just to see her again in March, but I would love if the 2nd leg was changed up. Chastain was sold out sat and I'm pretty sure Phillips is almost sold out for March.

Smoothie King Center last night in New Orleans. Capacity 18,000

NO.jpg

I was there in person, and the whole arena was rocking! I'm not sure if it was a sellout, but it was damn close to one. For a Wednesday night that is great.

Best show ever.

The upper levels weren't on sale. And that capacity is for basketball, not concerts.

I got my info from here so maybe it varies

Seating Capacity

Seating capacity varies for every CenturyLink Center Omaha event.

Basketball  18,320
Concert - Center Stage  18,975
Concert - End Stage  18,100

It varies on the set up and demand. For UCAP Tour, she did the same venue with a smaller configuration. More seats were available for this show.

okay folks, lets check our receipts before we go throwing Janet under the bus:

On the UCAP tour vs. Unbreakable by the numbers:

UCAP Chicago (3 dates) $1,350,916  vs. Unbreakable (3 dates) $1,436,172

UCAP  San Francisco (3 dates) $926,756 vs. Unbreakable (3 dates) $1,131,847

UCAP Santa Barbara (2 dates) $741,144  vs. Unbreakable (2 dates) $849,456

UCAP Minneapolis (1 date)  $256,556 vs. Unbreakable (1 date) $466,275

UCAP Los Angeles (1 date) $541,832 vs. Unbreakable (1 date) $1,436,172

UCAP  Tampa (1 date) $330,717 vs Unbreakable (1 date) $689,610

UCAP ---- 12 published box scores total revenue $12,054,429   vs. Unbreakable ---- 9 published box scores total revenue $8,062,093

Janet's tour attendance and box office are up across the board according to published box office numbers, other markets aren't available yet for comparison because they were either not published, havent been published yet, or she hasn't performed there yet. :coffee:

Glad you did this . But to put this in perspective you need to calculate average ticket price per show for both. That entails using attendance and gross

See I am not trying to throw Janet under the bus or anything . But North America is the strongest market worldwide . It makes no sense why her ticket prices even in her stronger markets  in NA where the demand is clearly there and people will pay TOP dollar to see her, to be much lower than europe where her  DEMAND there is lukewarm at best. Lots of fans have complained that for someone who's presence in Europe in terms of touring has been felt (not including UCAP) perhaps since the velvet rope, her prices are pretty steep. .
