Mostly bc Beyoncé recorded her vocals prior to this (and I believe it was a Jay-Z song.. the chorus of course). It's only getting the buzz single so far cause it's trash. Both Em and Bey thought they'd get a hit like Em and Rih but it's clear it hasn't been well received.
