She came back year after year, swinging & missing each and every time. In 2017, Missy came back with songs like “WTF feat. Pharrell Williams” & “I’m Better” proving that she’s not. Both songs missed the Top 20 on Billboard. That didn’t stop her from starring in a tacky Amazon commercial featuring another song, “Pep Rally” which no one asked for or attended. Could 2019 be her year now that she’s teaming up with Timbaland? Stop using iTunes as a measurement of success. “Going up the charts” isn’t impressive since they don’t release sale figures and it means nothing if it can’t translate into anything else (like a successful new single)..
