Laveaux Posted May 18, 2019 Share Posted May 18, 2019 So I'm thinking Janet has always had a strange fascination with Moths...while shooting 'Why Did I Get Married Too' in the bahamas...the cast was visited by some unwelcomed guest that they described as 'bats' but they were actually huge black moths and they left the entire cast and crew terrified ...except Janet who grew fond of the creatures...she says... "There were these huge, huge moths, but I thought they were beautiful. They were massive, like really big. They looked like huge black butterflies but everyone thought they looked like bats...I grew fond of them" this was around the time she was grieving her brother so it's no telling what peace they brought her or how that changed her... hence the title of her newest tour maybe I'm reading into it a little much but one of her iconic songs talks about moths and flames...I'm just trying to decode and make sense of her choosing this title for her Vegas tour Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
