  1. Yaaassss Queen Elizabeth. Deliver us with your infinite wisdom! I need to get around to watching that. I have too much work ahead of me right now.
  2. Yes, her gibberish was a part of who she is as opposed to Iggy doing it for one performance. Nicki did it constantly. If you want to shade anyone for that mess, it should be Nicki.
  3. I know I said Nicki fans, dude. My point is that I didn't say JUST Nicki fans, and the reason I singled them out at all was because they're the main ones criticizing Iggy in THIS thread. Pay attention.
  4. Well I can't exactly force this situation, nor would I, so I can only judge this as a hypothetical. I'm sure the daughter wasn't planning on marrying her father's old fling. She didn't even know he had one. It just happened that way. So, for me, if it happened that way then I'd eventually be okay with it. Especially since in roughly two years' time, I won't be anywhere near my father since I'll be moving from here. You just have to take my word on that unless this situation does, in fact, come up for me. Not so essential in this case.
  5. Really? I can't imagine why unless you constantly had to deal with the two of them being around each other. Springer or not, this should be forgivable. The love of your life is worth a little discomfort even this since it was a temporary thing with no real after effects except being grossed out a short while. She didn't have to. Point still stands.
  6. True, and I said it was gross, but that's no reason to leave the love of your life. Love is very hard to find these days. People should be a little more considerate of the things they're willing to accept and what they're not. There are worse things for a partner to have done or be doing than a 4-time fling, lol. Why does the kind of sex matter? Relax, it's just sex...
  7. It's not that difficult when you can see your parent as they are which is just another human being. Yes, they gave you life, but that isn't a miracle. It's a natural thing just like sex. Now the cheating would be hardest to get over since your married parent basically had an affair, but just having sex with a parent isn't that difficult to get over once you get past the initial gross factor, lol. Maybe I'm just exceptionally accepting.
  8. I didn't say it was just her fans. You misunderstood my point. In this thread, it's mainly Nicki fans trying to shade Iggy for this knowing very well that Nicki used to do the same thing. Better yet, for her first two albums, it was a part of her whole persona. This is just one performance for Iggy. Nicki fans have no room whatsoever to call her on this.
  9. I'm an expert in people. I'm always asked for advice and I also do plenty of observing. It's not something I want to know about since it makes me very distrusting of most people, but it comes in handy being able to spot the bull.
  10. There's no point, but that doesn't mean that it isn't still the trend for most affairs. People have carried on affairs for months even up to a year without disclosing that information. 3 or 4 times is nothing given that fact. Unless there's a chance that the wife/husband and side piece are going to meet or if their meetups will conflict with family plans then there's no incentive to speak on it.
  11. I get that you posed it that way, but I feel differently towards each of my parents so..yeah. I know how people work, and so I know how easy and how likely it is for them to lie in order to get what they want. Most affairs happen where the cheater is pretending to be single. Few come right out and admit they're involved elsewhere and kids are even less likely to be mentioned. Least of all to someone you're just fuck buddies with at best.
  12. I'd honestly find that a little hilarious since my mom is a bit of a prude. I'd still be grossed out, but less so than if she was with my dad. She'd be least likely to do it in general whereas my dad seems the type. I doubt it. It didn't read that way, imo.
  13. It's not like she knew he was my father when she slept with him (if it parallels this case). He was just a guy in the past to her. The line gets drawn, for me, in three cases. 1) If I feel there's potential for this to keep going on behind my back. 2) If she knew he was married and slept with him since I don't think that's ever okay in any regard. 3) Since we're talking a woman here, if her time with him resulted in a child. If none of those apply, then I can get past it.
  14. And she'll have likely slept with other people, too, so what's your point? Like I said, I'd be grossed out being that it was with my dad, but I don't think it'd be fair to treat her being with him any different than her being with anyone else in her past.
  15. If this was in the a few years in the past and I loved him/her enough to marry in general then yes. I would be grossed out being that's my father, but I can't see myself giving up the love of my life just for one minor thing that grossed me out. My only worry would be a situation like Voodoo mentioned where they'd still possibly be sleeping together still behind my back. That'd be my only real deterrent.
  16. Well if I can count this as a vote in favor of Portland, then maybe I could be that excuse. I only visited once for a few days for some convention or something, but it was just a place I couldn't forget after all this time. I look forward to going back and just maybe I'll end up wanting to stay. Thanks so much. I hope I do.
  17. Exactly. For Nicki fans to be shading Iggy here is quite ironic.
  18. I was definitely thinking about going West either to Portland or Seattle, but I prefer California's weather, lol. Though, a big part of me has considered leaving the US completely. I'm not 100% sure yet which is why I'm going to be travelling the next two summers to see which place on my list feels most like a new home to me.
  19. I can't wait to leave this state. As soon as I graduate, I'm on the first thing smoking out of here and out of the South, period.
  20. The far left of politics is one that adopts concepts of liberalism, socialism, and even forms of communism. It's built on the idea of making the system equal to all involved even if it means totally disrupting the system in anarchy to achieve that goal. The far right is pretty much the opposite. They see social inequality as natural and inevitable. They're quite the Social Darwinists meaning that they perverted Darwin's concept of "survival of the fittest" to mean that the more dominant, Type A individuals can do whatever they wish especially to those on the lower rungs of the ladder.
  21. Yeah, if you have any color, it should always be a place to drive straight through. Don't stop unless you need to, otherwise wait until you get closer to Nashville (going West) or Knoxville (going East), lol.
  22. Pretty much. It's really nothing but hicks and rednecks around there. That's Tennessee in general, but especially in the Cookeville area where he is, toward Memphis, and parts near my hometown of Chattanooga.
