Trying something different with her sound on "Joanne"..even if it didn't quite work.. Acting and winning an Oscar for her music. So she's playing the game and she's doing fine. I hope she goes back to making fun pop music again tbh.

I will say this. This video really made all the other girls push themselves visually. My favorite shot(and it took my breath away) was when she was standing surrounded by diamonds and the camera doing a 360 degree view of that shot. Amazing. And the ending was totally unexpected. ONLY GAGA could have pulled this off. And as we can see, she influenced the girls, especially Nicki and Katy Perry.

It was a lot of activity on Twitter for the 30th anniversary of RN..It was glorious for the fanbase as a whole. There is no denying RN impact and influence..and how it still applies today. And to think she was only like 23/24 creating it.

Yeah, that sounds about right..but she ATE that performance. Hands down my favorite of the night. Normani was good..she's a good performer..but it wasn't a wow performance..and I still can't get into the song. I am interested in her new album though. I went and looked at clips of Lizzo playing her flute and was amazed. She is really talented.

I'm hoping she's doing something with Netflix. I hope there is some documentary about music/the tour/SOMETHING. She really doesn't hold up to what she wants to do..but then again, I'm not part of her "team" so I don't know what goes on behind the scenes. But it would be nice for her to be more visible with things like documentaries/specials.

Did any of you watch the VMA's last night? I actually did, and it wasn't too bad. Missy killed it. Lizzo did good. Normani was ok good. Lil Nas X did a great job. It was a very different show than years past..very "ethnic" in a way.. But if you showed up, you were awarded.

Continue watching it..the first season is really good...second season as well. Great characters and storylines. The acting for most have improved from season 1.

You'll get burnt out going to clubs..I don't go out at all now..only when I go out of town. And most of the times I try to hit a lounge or a bar.
