Unless I had to be in the places affected I was stay in the 212 I live in Brooklyn I work in Manhattan. Subways are still mostly closed and cabs are nearly impossible to catch. Buses are overcrowded. I've been walking to work and back the past few days (5 miles each way) but last night my legs had enough and I could barely walk. I couldn't find a cab for hours, I was in pain and knew I could never make it back home like that. It was kind of scary Luckily, I ended up finding someone near union square.
