Mashed Potatoes, or for me Stuffing & Cranberry Sauce are MUSTS (Hell I enjoy those, oven made Mac & cheese, & sweet potatoes more than Turkey, but Turkey is like my least fave meat, I'm a dark meat guy, so I'd prefer Ham or Duck, this year we had Turkey & Salmon, that fish was divine!) We don't get halal turkeys until Xmas so it'll be chicken lol What should I do with sweet potatoes? I'm considering making sweet potato fries.
