I didn't think Fashion icons meant you're trying to emulate them...I thought it juss meant they're known for being a fashionista lol .. I thought tryna dress like stars was back in the 80s

Aquaria
The arrival of designer Hedi Slimane at Christian Dior in 2000 marked an epoch change in men’s style. Slimane’s reputation is founded on having streamlined and rejuvenated the male silhouette through the promotion of a skinny style appropriated from youth subcultures — the conscious reworking of masculinity, replacing virile men with skinny boys, perceived as the clearest paradigm shift in male fashion imagery since Armani. A razor-sharp aesthetic defines the Dior Homme line. Revolutionizing menswear design, the label is regarded as the most influential of its generation. With a monochrome palette and an explicit and slick look, Dior Homme has come to personify menswear.

I usually like to do my own thing when it comes to fashion, but if I had to look up to someone it would be those two. I'll add Jay-Z to that list..to a lesser degree.. Oh, and Andre 3000. I would love to just fuck him though.

Rock & Roll Hall of Game
Fashion icons?? Prince? Mike? umm who? Prince? MJ? Who follows their fashion-ways? Flamboyant "straight" men? Neither of these two dated-"men" are modern fashion icons.. Maybe in the 80s http://www.fashionbeans.com/2014/fashionbeans-best-dressed-men-2013/ The President of Pop, Pharrell, & Kanye West are probably the only male musicians that can be considered fashion forward/icons

He will forever be known for his extravagant jackets (thriller, beat it) and his love of sequin clothes and the one glove. Hell, even 2 Chainz wore the thriller jacket to the bmas. MJ had style. I will def say Kanye and Pharell too. ASAP Rocky as well
