Dallas Buyer's Club.....fucking A- amazing movie....I think the summary of the movie turns people away by saying Matthew's character is a racist homophobe....that made me think the movie was going to be that, but it wasn't its actually a pretty gay film, and Jared Leto serves in this movie...I agree with Matt its an actor's piece, but I found more substance in the film myself so I wouldn't call it strictly an actor's piece but the acting takes center stage

Let me go see Wolf this weekend...

This Boy's Life. Leo and De Niro gave stellar performances in this. I swear Leo was just destined for greatness. I think it was one of his earliest roles and he excelled. Loved this film.

"Wolf of Wall Street" A......after 3 hours of actual film this movie was EPIC!!!! it takes you on a rollercoaster ride, it's everything "The Great Gatsby" should have been...screener leaked online and man did I enjoy it, I was going to the movies to see it because I heard it was sooooo good. This movie was just fucking amazing it pushed every decency boundary it could .

I heard this movie was nothing but soft core porn. I don't understand what that has to do with wall street tho.

Hercules B

Some of the graphics were a little cheap looking.

It bombed at the box office with $8.9 million I'll wait for dvd and see the real one with Dwayne Johnson aka "The Rock".

It is, that's their job, but the movie is about more than their jobs, it's about how they lived, which is where all the sex & drugs come into play.

"Her" I have no grade for this film, it brings up some serious philosophical concerns, the idea that an operating system so intelligent becomes your confidant your lover is mind boggling. In a world where so many people are every where relationships break down, people turn to machines and fall in love. I found this movie to be so melancholy, I understand it, but the implications on a psychological level are profound. I mean it's a very very lonely film, I would recommend seeing it if you can, but I wouldn't be surprised if people either hated it and didn't get it, or they got it and really hated it.

Stompin' At The Savoy- A-, Good story, GREATTTT performances (couldn't expect anything less from Vanessa Williams, Lynn Whitfield, Jasmine Guy & Vanessa Bell Calloway and Mario Van Peebles) though I will say without giving away anything I wish certain characters story's or at least what we saw got more time, it felt a lil rushed in the last act, from about everybody. For what it is it's great tho, Vanessa SLAYYYYYYYYYYED & Lynn......it could be argued she was born to play a BITCH cause she does it so well lol.

Dallas Buyers Club was so good! Matthew was amazing but Jared>>. He's always been an amazing actor but this role just went about and beyond! He deserves every award he can get!

Can we discuss the greatness that is "Her"?

I can I saw it.....I found the actual filmography to be beautiful, they live in an advanced world, but nothing too crazy looking, but quite fun. I love the idea that your new OS asks you basic psychological question to determine what best suits your needs. I just kept wondering like imagine a machine gaining its own identity while simultaneously falling in love with 640 people. What makes love special is the idea it is unique, and while a powerful OS could manage being in over 8000 convos at once, that doesn't mean every single one matters. I guess what I thought after the film is everyone falls in and out of love, no one does it 640 times in a life span, and imagine how exhausting that is, keeping up with all the emotions and ups and downs in 8000 convos. The problem I found is even if the computer will be capable of doing this, not everyone is that special. I mean think about it like this, I find that after awhile you kinda meet "types" when it comes to people, so how could you "fall" in "love" with over 600 people at once? I mean even a computer would be smart enough to see that once you've met enough people you see a lot of the same patterns of personality, therefore nothing is present that bears loving that many people. I mean you take 600 random people and how many are going to be narcissists? How many are going to be introverts? How many are going to be control freaks? I would ask the OS so okay you say you're in love with over 600 people. which of these people if you eliminate their individual life circumstances are essentially the same people?
