Virgin Records Founder Richard Branson tells the story which is posted at virgin.com. the story is pretty deep, he even goes into detail about signing Janet and paying her 11 Million dollars upfront just for signing! Here is a screenshot confirming 20 Million copies.

Contrary to what you may have seen posted, All for you was celebrated for reaching 9 Million copies worldwide 20 years ago! The Virgin Records Plaque was auctioned by Worthpoint auctions along with an additional Plaque for 7 million in sales. Both links and photos posted below, I do my research I do not follow 25 and 30 year old numbers.

That film is TRASH! There was no need to even bring this in here! This was strictly a movie based off of nothing but 2 middle aged men facing their own financial ruin! It's completely laughable, and was debunked withing weeks of its release! Janet would not appreciate this AT ALL !
