  1. Thats why she has been staying out of the latest drama. I thought it was weird cause she is usually on the front lines of the madness with jermaine.

Smart move on her part. Now you'll have to watch her show to get her side of the story. Can't wait. This is like her third reality show.

  2. they probably were trying to get katherine from whomever ..but what a damn failed plan it was.. i mean you had three years to plan this and you came up with this .Janet baby why didnt you avoid this like you usually do .Randy is a dead beat with nothing to loose ....you other other hand have alot to lose.the press has been waiting for you to misstep since the superbowl and you Just gave them a free pass.

Either Katherine is the biggest liar in this whole mess or, she is getting senile.

    1) You learn in nursery school not to leave with strangers, even if they say your mom, Dr, priest said it was ok.

    2) How can she care for 3 kids, when she can't seem to care for herself.

    3) Why did her kids say she had a mini stroke?

    4) Janet needs to not Tweet, Facebook, or anything else related to this mess. She needs to distance herself.

    5) That video DOES look like a hostage video, please rewatch after reading her sworn statement. The fact that she had to READ it, makes it looks forced.

  3. If I was Janet I would keep my distance from them (the family) for a minute. Fuck them. Nobody sees how much power Michael's exectors have in this situation? Who are they to be making decisions for the family? Career yes. Family business is a no.

    Its embarassing for janet.

Also I like how the media tried to make Paris a hero like she slapped janet back and cussed her out. Like she was big and bad as if we don't all know Janet would whoop her ass. Give her 4 years and she will be geting the Lindsey, Miley treatment in the media and "wacko Jacko" will be back.

I think Janet needs to chill in Europe until Winter. Randy and Jermain started all this mess, and now she's left looking kinda shady by association. TJ can handle the kids, and the mom seems in good hands. They have done enough damage to her reputation to last a lifetime. :filenails:

  4. Evidence is sparse that Michael Jackson’s will is a fake

by Kevin Noble Maillard | July 31, 2012 at 8:31 AM

Is Michael Jackson’s will valid? It depends on who you ask. Janet, Randy, Rebbie, and Jermaine Jackson argue that the executors of their late brother’s estate falsified the will. Their primary argument centers on the discrepancy between the date of the will’s execution and Jackson’s location at that time it was signed. The will was executed on July 7, 2002 in Los Angeles, the same weekend that Michael Jackson was reportedly in New York City. Randy Jackson observed in an interview on Politics Nation with Al Sharpton on MSNBC that Michael “cannot be in two places at one time.”

Even Al Sharpton attested to Michael’s location. “He was in fact in Harlem with me that weekend. That Saturday he was there,” Sharpton concurred on his show. “That Sunday we were out together, and that Monday, he was with Johnny Cochran and I.”

The siblings strongly argue that the conflict of Michael’s location and the stated place of execution proves that the will is false. They claim they are not interested in money, but rather in the proper administration of the estate. In his MSNBC interview, Randy Jackson said that the executors are “using the children to try and put pressure on my mom to try and come out and get her to say things in their favor to kind of clean up their image. They know that they’ve been caught. They know that they falsified a document. And they know that there are questions we want answered.”

Yet, executors John Branca and John McClain insist that their actions are in alignment with Michael’s testamentary intent and his children’s beneficiary interests. In other words, they are just doing their job to see that Michael Jackson’s will is carried out. They have a special duty to serve the interests of the people named in Michael Jackson’s will (which was accepted as valid by the courts): Katherine, Prince, Paris, and Blanket Jackson.

In many will contests, family members feel entitled to object to the distribution of the estate. Siblings, also known as collateral heirs, often object when disinherited. In reality, not even children are entitled to distribution, as the selection of beneficiaries is entirely left up to the testator. The only person entitled to a minimum share is a surviving spouse, which Jackson did not have. So, the Jackson siblings have no claim on Michael’s estate on the basis of kinship ties.

In addition, no part of Jackson’s will or family trust includes his brothers and sisters. His will makes no mention of his siblings, and neither does his trust—two different documents, both signed on different dates. Michael’s will is actually very short, and only names his executors, beneficiaries, and intention to create a trust. The will directs his executors to “pour” all of his property into the trust, which is a separate written document that goes into much greater detail about distribution. Like the will, the trust—which is uncontested—leaves nothing to his siblings.

The Jackson siblings may have standing to object to the will as blood relatives, yet their brother had no intention of an estate plan that included them. Because there are two documents that fail to mention the siblings, the validity scale tips in favor of Michael Jackson’s executors, because all of Jackson’s actions show that he wanted to provide only for his mother and children.

The siblings are placing a lot of weight on the will’s signature to prove or disprove validity, which is unlikely to be the sole factor of consideration. In order to assess the validity of a will, courts look to extrinsic evidence. This allows a court to resolve any ambiguities, like a flawed description, an incorrect address, or a questionable signature. There would have to be much more extrinsic evidence demonstrating that the current will did not represent the interests of the testator than just the location question.

The trust instrument, dated March 2002, coincides with the intent of the will, dated July 2002. Seven years passed between the execution of the will and Jackson’s death. The named beneficiaries—Michael’s Jackson’s children—are the unsurprising recipients of the testator’s bounty in both the will and the trust documents. Right now, the extrinsic evidence in the form of the trust puts more weight in favor of the will being authentic.

The siblings may argue that the executors replaced Michael’s interests with their own in a falsified version of the will, but they lack sufficient evidence to prove that Michael wanted anything other than to leave everything to his kids with his mother to guide them. His brother’s intent is clear, even if the nature of the signature is ambiguous.

You beat me to it. I hope the family chills out on the will stuff, and focus on their elderly mother.

  6. If you wanna know who Michael was ACTUALLY afraid of in his final years, listen to this. From HIS mouth:

Hint: It isn't Branca or McClain.

Thank you for posting this. No one should defend Jermaine, and Randy after watching this video. It's sad that Jermaine exposed MJ to this con-artist, and I'm sure this guy fronted money to Jermaine and Randy, and now they are trying to get the estate to help cover their debts to this thug/con-artist. Janet needs to distance herself ASAP.

I read on another site that Katherine has borrowed millions from the estate so far, and I bet it's all gone to her freeloading trashy kids. :filenails:

I have not seen this much messiness since Dynasty.

  7. now it's starting to make sense... as long as the estate can control Katie... they can control the kids... which means they can control the $$$

The Executors /Estate will always have control of the cash, even after the kids are adults because MJ's will not turn over all their cash until they are 30 I think. They don't need to control her, they have the control already.

If Katherine is not in good health, don't you think she should step down? Why do you think her kids don't want her to step down? Hmmmmmmm?

We all know that if by some miracle, the brothers and sisters got a hold of that money, they would be broke by 2014.

Under the leadership of the current executors, the estate has grown by leaps and bounds. You think Randy and the crew can do that?

Why are all these adults letting the kids play them like fools?

All Katherine had to do was call the kids, and answer he phone. If she needs to have no contact with the kids, she is in no shape to have custody.

  8. So their banning family from the house?

Well I hope no one needs a blood transfusion or a organ transplant :coffee:

They can still get that done, just not in the house. They may decide to go to a hospital or something for that. :filenails:

I don't blame them for doing this, after all the stuff that's gone on in the past few days, I don't trust any of those involved in the mess. I also think Janet is hurting her reputation by aligning with her shady ass brothers. Randy and Jermain have kids with the same trashbox, and they expect MJ estate to pay their bills? How does that make since. If they are truly concerned about their mothers health, then ask her to step down 100%. They will NEVER do that, because they need those monthly checks she's bringing in.

MJ apparently told them he would redo his will because of their support during his pedo trials, but I think he lied to them. If this will is thrown out, the one before is similar, and also cuts them out 100%, so they should just move on and get fucking jobs/tour state fairs, or do whatever it takes to make a living.

  9. I'm completely annoyed.

    A) The Jacksons need to STOP going to the press/public and must try to keep their family business private. There are too many people outside of the family involved in their lives and it's time they take back their power and control.

    B) Some of the MJ stans who believe they know the family are absolute idiots. In my opinion, there's a HUGE difference between being compassionate and being a delusional ass. Regardless of what any of them think of the Jacksons, they are Michael's family, they knew him, not the crazed fanatics.

    C) This family has gotten good and bad press and their lives have had years of controversy. Janet is no different. I don't give a DAMN if she is getting good or bad press, she isn't going into the limelight begging for attention. Stop caring so much about what others think about her, stay off of Twitter and the blogs!

    D) At the end of the day, in two to three months time, all these folks creating a fuss will be over it and we will return to our normal lives. The ONLY ONES who should be concerned are the Jacksons themselves, they have to live with this, NOT US. All we can do is pray for them and wish our best.

    E) Janet and her family don't owe a damn thing to anyone but themselves. They need to take care of themselves and shut out the rest of the world.
