Your experience may be different, but for those who think that this info might be useful to you continue to read Check TICKETMASTER's website for the time the presale is supposed to start. They are the ones controlling the selling of the tickets. I don't know why, and maybe this is unique to SF tickets, but even though http://www.janetjackson.com/tour said 12:00pm, I went on at 11:00am to ticketmaster's site to prepare everything and tickets were already being sold!!!! I still managed to get floor seats, but they're farther back then what i wanted If you try to find tickets from TICKETMASTER's site be prepared to have the presale code. You don't need the code if you go to http://www.janetjackson.com/tour and try to find seats. Where do you find the presale code? I looked up the presale code from the venue's website. For SF, the code is janet. If you a janetjackson fan club member you don't need the code as long as you are logged in and use http://www.janetjackson.com/tour to find seats. SEE YOU AT THE SHOWS!
