Selma A++++++  Love this fucking movie.. David Oyetokunbo Oyelowo probably played the best Martin I've ever seen.. Definitely Oscar worthy... 

Gone Girl - A-, I love it I love it I love it! SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO not what I was expecting. REALLY great movie. Great performances all around. Afflec's dick got way too much attention for the mili-second of camera time it got (No lie I had to google to see it cause damnit the scene cuts away from it so damn quickly), meanwhile Neil Patrick Harris's ass deserved way more attention if you ask me, but anyway, I enjoyed it alot....the ending...didn't much care for BUT at the same time it didn't go the predictable route at all, and I will always give a points to that.

My co workers were telling me about how good this movie is.. I will probably rent it later today.. 

I told my older sister that her album was shitty but I had to call her and tell her I was wrong.

 

2.29 is the lowest...But I have to get the middle one which is around 2.40

I knew she'd have no choice but to release them . Will listen to them later

I think she did it on purpose..

I don't believe in "white music" or "black music".. Music is music.. and if you're good at it... if you're that dedicated to it.. Then it will shine through. Even if you just love it

 

I'm tired of some people thinking one race can't do another race's music. Like that race has the monopoly over that..

 

If that were the case.. Michael Janet would not have had the success she's had in Rock, Rap, R&B, and Pop

Well they all came from R&B....  There are some white artist that do R&Bish music and suck at it but the public loves it for some reason. 

Then you have the White artist that really live soul music but don't get any attention..

Taylors album outselling Bey's deserves a mention, because until Taylor's Bey's was easily going to be the 2nd most successful album of the year, and Taylor snatched it in just 2-3 months, it's a relative topic it's not like bringing her out of nowhere. It's just apart of Taylors rampant slayage is all, no biggie guys. (on both sides of this really) like did we not see this coming?

 

 

Congrats to J.Cole tho, Im very impressed with him & D'Angelo's legitimate surprise releases, especially D, I thought he completely hung it up.

The funny thing is I got my iPad after graduation. Might've been useful though.

   

Only certain universities have their text books on ITunes U

People should be allowed to voice record from their iPad but it'll be cheaper just to get a voice recorder or iphone/iPod

 

 

Junior in college, here. An iPad works very well for me. Through various apps including both iTunes U and the Kindle app you can order SOME textbooks. Not all of them. Hard copies are still needed in a lot of classes, so for the best deals there you should try Chegg or Amazon. You can record classes depending on your professor. Most I've had are fine with it. They don't let you have your phone out too quickly so even though you can record with it it's better to have a tablet of sorts. iPads/tablets are also more convenient to take to classes instead of laptops for note taking and to use for presentations. Many classes are also beginning to incorporate some app or website with both their in-class and homework curriculum. 

 

All in all, having one does certainly help you out if you can afford one. It's not an absolute necessity, but it's great to have with many uses.

Is an Ipad a good idea for someone in college? Can you order books online instead of getting the hard copy?

Are you also allowed to record the class?

They will be using their main computer at home..
