That's an example of being rude!
Are you the person that holds the door and then goes “you’re welcome” (with an attitude)?

So you're telling me when someone did something for you, you didn't say thank you?
If someone does something for me that I specifically didn’t ask for, depending on the situation, i May not say thank you

When someone does a kind gesture for you, is it not common courtesy to say thank you?
Who’s to say she thought it was a kind gesture? Maybe there’s a reason she only spoke about the Super Bowl 2yrs after the incident, and never addressed it again. Maybe she is over reliving the moment that began her blacklisting.
We don’t know how she truly feels about the SB, but maybe being a trending topic on that day was bittersweet for her.
If you’re doing a kind deed, just for the sake of being kind. You don’t need any thanks.
I wonder if every person Janet has ever given money to has personally thanked her, I doubt it, and I doubt she’s in the business of helping others just for a thank you.

It is rude.
Imagine holding the door open for a woman and she doesn't say thank you.
This has been my issue with Janet for years. She doesn't seem to care about all the work we put in to her. It's very off putting.
Do you hold the door open for the thanks or Bc you’re a polite and considerate person?
I don’t see how u don’t see how much she cares.
She came out of break, just for her fans, had a baby and resumed a tour, off of an album that she specifically crafted for her fans, with a tour that was specifically designed to cater to her fans. Even the rollout of her album was catered to her fans and not the masses.

Stop this thinking. And this point she's just being the fuck rude. This is like a coworker holding the door open for you, and then months later during the quarterly meeting you thank them for holding the door open for you. Social media has allowed instant and direct communication with the public. Like, she can't even say thank you for the love? Like really?
I don’t think it’s rude. She shows her thanks and appreciation for her fans in her art, and how she delivers her product.
Just bc social media has allowed for instant communication, doesn’t always mean instant is always necessary or proper.

Janet spoke to TMZ, she clearly doesn’t want us to watch either lol

I’m sure most missed it but Kelly finally did an interview with someone relevant:
JIMMY JAM - The interview mostly focuses on TVR and it’s very insightful. It does not mention anything about the future
Thanks

Who cares the tour is getting great reviews!
exactly, for a tor that’s 3yrs late, she’s doing great

I didn't state my opinion I was just curious as to why a lot of people when referring to the incident play the race card first. If it had happened to a pale woman I think there still would have been an outcry and backlash.
????
look at Madonna masturbating on stage, saying she wants to murder the president, and crucifying herself

As far as social media goes... Most people are attracted to opinions that reflect or reinforce their own opinion hence why Janet fans think this is a big deal when in reality, it is not
I’ve actually heard about this topic from a lot of ppl, surprisingly
-
um, cus it wasn't a single. Simple.
she’s performed non singles on tour b4

Completely SOLD OUT a 17,000 seater venue!!!!! The BIGGEST show she has done in a minute. Yes!!
she was playing the same size venues from the Unbreakable tour, in Raleigh the Amphitheatre was the same size, and it was sold out as well

Btw.. some of y'all were only right about the early speculations of controlling ways but was wrong about the PHYSICAL abuse speculations that I had stated were probably wrong . I figured it was more like verbal abuse. I didn't let her what about performance take me right to physical abuse.
I didn't either bc.... I doubt she would've gotten pregnant by a man that beat her. And if he beat her while she was pregnant, I'm sure her brothers would've been in jail right now lol

Exactly, it reminds me of the episode of South Park when Cartman basically/accidentally stopped a terrorist attack because he was racist against the new muslim kid, and at the end says the line, "True or false, racism just stopped a terrorist attack?". And the disturbing truth is in this situation many of the fans that wre concerned for her was simply because he is a muslim, and expected him to treat her badly because he is. They were right, sure, but it doesnt make those assumptions any less problematic in this society.
thank you. Those people were just like "yes our stereotype was correct, it must always be this way"
