  1. It's five 'til four in the morning and I have yet to work out. It is going to suck.

  5. I'mma need you to fix that LOL. I'm not sure, I never tried to do my max because I didn't want to get bulky. I have been using fifteens to get where I'm currently at though. What would you recommend?
  6. I feel you. No my metabolism is amazing now, and I enjoy working out. It gives me a sense of accomplishment. But missing even one workout scares the hell out of me. I look completely different and I don't want to lose it or ruin what I've done to my metabolism, though I'm sure it wouldn't happen. Suit yourself.
  7. I think what Harpo mentioned is true too though. You can have every shoulder in the world to lean on but you have to be some kind of person to handle all of that internally.
  8. If you were able to eat like I remember and stay as small as you were, I doubt that's going to happen any time soon. Lucky ass. My metabolism is probably incredible right now but it was never this way before. I'm scared if I go longer than two days without working out, I'll wake up looking like Ralphie May. Maybe not pre- or post-workout, but during a workout is beyond too much. I'd prefer to make it to the shower alive.
  9. If you're naturally toned then you probably need not even work out, granted you eat right. Precisely, no one in his/her right mind is going to fork out $200 for that shit. They're a pain to find though, they're on their game with the piracy nonsense. Exactly, that's too much LOL.

  11. Well lifting is all your own doing, you get to control the amount and the results. Following a program like P90X, you don't get to manipulate it. At least I wouldn't want to, I'd fear I wouldn't see results. Oh? See I've seen real-people results and some of them folks look like tumor-ridden ham hocks. That's what scares me.
  12. And you got no tone? That's odd. LMAO I was going to say, it's no wonder it didn't work. Hell no. I downloaded them and saved them on a blank DVD. At the same time? That's too much LOL.
  13. How far into Insanity did you get though? I know you don't get as much mass from it but you definitely should have gotten tone. Then again, I know you didn't follow the meal plan. I have the P90X videos on a DVD somewhere, I'll probably try them come summertime.
  14. And Blatin, I don't know how the fuck you can do it in the morning. When I drag my ass out of bed all I can think of is food and getting right back into it. You can mold the program to fit your goals though. I've been doing Insanity for eight months now, it's done me really well. When I finally got used to it, I started adding routines to do after the videos, like weights and other anaerobic cardio, so I never really plateaued. Doing that also put on more muscle mass than the program usually produces, which I wanted. Plus it's quicker, which is a biggy for me because my day begins with the sunrise and ends long after it's gone. But I've wanted to switch to P90X for a while, I'm just afraid. I don't want to look like a bodybuilder and I'm scared that it'll slow my metabolism now that it has adapted to more rigorous exercise. Which one did you do first?
  15. It is but it's also not as long. If today was your first day, then tomorrow is Plyo, which is probably the worst of the Phase I workouts. It's very hard on the core and the legs/thighs. But if you stick with the program, it'll get easier. I was completely unprepared and it took months to get used to, but it's paid off beyond my dreams. Did you go full-term for P90X? How was that?

  17. I made a whole grain brown rice and shrimp sautée last night and had some for leftovers just now.
