vaquero Posted July 6, 2011 Share Posted July 6, 2011 According to the U.S. Geological Survey, a monstrous earthquake has struck off the Kermadec Islands just northeast of New Zealand. With a magnitude of 7.8, the quake has triggered a tsunami warning for New Zealand, the Kermadec Islands and Tonga. The quake struck at 7:03 a.m. Thursday morning their time. The U.S. Pacific Tsunami Center said if tsunami does develop, it will hit East Cape within two hours and Auckland within three. there is this guy Im talking to from New Zealand and I am freaking the hell out!
