Twistedvelvet
I got a surprise today, I noticed sparkart refunded me £50 for one of my London shows. I wonder why? Maybe they sold tickets cheaper later on? :-/
bu.
I'm not sure :S. Did they email you about it? *goes to check bank statements*
bu.
I've got a £30 refund . I wonder why that is. They charged in dollars therefore perhaps they refunded tax or charged too much? I don't know
Twistedvelvet
Lol, yeah, I know its weird. You don't think its cause they lowered the price of tickets to sell them off, so are refunding the difference to those that had to pay more before?? :-( I hope not. I could just be an exchange thing. Perhaps they over estimated the exchange rate??
bu.
Hmmmm I doubt it because ticket prices change for every artist don't they? I've no idea to be honest . It could be the exchange thing. The tax thing also makes sense. A company can't charge 'foreigners' VAT from what I've been told. Perhaps they charged us VAT and since it's an American company and we're British they're not allowed to? I'm baffled .
