I originally did preorder it, but it malfunctioned without me realizing it so I had to reorder on the 7th. I have no info at all besides a conformation email.

For instance, Mariah Carey performed in a 17,000 seat-venue last night in Europe in support of her last album. She did no big promo, and the singles did nothing on the charts. She only sold about 3,000 tickets and had to change the whole seating-plan to make it look like it had great attendance.

Janet could easily play in some smaller venues here and there to avoid low ticket sales. Festivals are nice, but I assume that's just a one-time thing this Summer.

I ordered my Control red vinyl about a week ago and I haven't gotten a tracking number yet. The conformation email says it will be delivered in 7-10 business days, so i'm confused as to what's going on. Other people have even preordered the album and have not received one ether.

It's not just us either, Madonna's hardcore stans are saying the same thing. Is she contractually obliged to make these albums??? I was under the impression she had a 360 deal with livenation. Not sure if that's true or what but it makes sense to me.

I feel like her voice is shot at this point. The only reason this album is being released is so she has new material to perform on tour, but what's the point if she's just rehashing RH??? I'm not used to era's being so similar in her case. It's odd. 

I think, if you don't have inspiration to do an album or a vision for it DO NOT continue to release subpar material. It dilutes your catalog and hurts your reputation. I felt the same way with Janet in the damita jo - number ones era. 20 yo should've never been released.

RN tour by far. Her silhouette > That's her best tour imo. The costuming, staging,and, themes, all hold up well even today. Timeless era. 

Does anyone here have her classic albums on vinyl??? I've been looking into purchasing Control and RN1814 but I can't find any sellers that are in good quality
