People are gonna be upset it doesn't sound exactly like Confessions ad he didn't go the Maxwell or D'Angelo route with his music... so what? He's damned if he does damned if he doesn't. Remember he's a POP star at the end of the day, not some neo-soul non-radio artist lmao. But everyone seems to love the song and it's doing pretty well for an artist almost 30 years into his career. I love it. His songs always start slow and gain traction over time so hopefully he sends this to radio and it picks up cuz I haven't had one of his singles on repeat like THIS since Good Kisser.
