My favorite Janet album! ❤

It truly is an underrated album with a LOT of great Summer songs. Literally all songs are dear to me.

You guys think this shoot (that is apparently coming out in June) is for a tour book? I don't think so, cause residency starts in May. 

So I would say: OR it's a magazine shoot OR it's the shoot for #JJ12 planned 2 be released in June...

I remember janet saying back in september she had enough material for an entire album. Don't know why she keeps waiting 2 release it, but I think it will come out around the Summer.

Since SOTW era seems to be over (Gil and others said it), do you think Janet is gonna bring the Metamorphosis show (or parts of it) to Glastonbury and Montreux in between the residency?

I'm going too! It's a full show for sure. Janet is the only artist performing at the venue that night. 

Okay. I decided to NOT buy a ticket. No one is able to go with me, and I'm not comfortable travelling that far all by myself. 

I have a good feeling though that there are more festivals in Europe coming. For instance, North Sea Jazz (a big festival in Rotterdam, The Netherlands between July 12 - 14) still need headliners. Janet used to play at the same venue during her first three world tours.

I think about two months ago in an interview. It's very silent right now, which is a good sign. It's coming, although some believe it's not going to be released until 2020 (so Janet can have #1 albums in five consecutive decades).

Cinq Music said some time ago that a new single is coming out soon, followed by an album this year. Plus, Janets EP that was suppose to come out last Fall never came out (instead she's taking more time to create a full album). 

Great!!! I feel like going. Don't want to travel and experience it all by myself though. Something in me says I should wait til the European leg once the new album is out, but this is actually a great possibility for me to see her for the 1st time ever!

The new album needs to be out first. Apparently, there WAS a full European tour planned for a while ago, but it got pushed back last minute. Then, Metamorphosis was announced.

Once JJ12 is released there will be a world tour. Finally. 

Now, as this is called an "era"; I don't think it's just going to be a 3 month-run.

I think the new album will be called Metamorphosis as well. She might play more shows in the US later this year, but we definitely need her to do a WORLD TOUR. Starting in Europe.

With Glastonbury being announced, shouldn't a full European leg be the only LOGICAL thing for Janet?

She has a huuuuge gap in her tour schedule (late May til late July). I just don't see Janet leaving Vegas to fly to the other side of the world just for Glastonbury while she could easily perform like 10, 15 or 20 shows in Europe then?

She has 9 weeks off in between two shows. Glastonbury is happening, says Dj Aktive. No news on more European dates but it only makes sense if she's doing an entire leg between late May - Late July.

She better uses July to play Europe(an) festivals.

Wikipedia and other sources has said that Damita Jo sold nearly 4 million copies for YEARS.

9 million copies for All For You seem legit, although I wouldn't be surprised if those sales have past the 10 million mark.

I want her to continue world tours! No residencies! She doesn't need to do it. 

She can take her time like with SOTW.
