  1. Honestly the thread didn't have to be hidden or deleted or whatever the fuck they did with it. Bailey pretty much said Madonna has had black dancers, black kids, and slept with black people so if she can't say it then who can? Then for some reason he said something like "Madonna is the Queen" and that he wished Janet was Queen instead and had to marry a Arab Billionaire to keep her in the life that she knows...pretty much saying Janet needed to marry Wissam to keep living the lavish life as if she didn't have hit movies and still accumulating money from dvds, albums, books sold, and just finish up a worldwide tour grossing millions of her own money, before she even married him. Also said how compared to Janet; Madonna has sold more albums, grossed more on tour, and other stuff. Basically shading Janet while Gerome, I, and a few other came to Janet's defense which I said Madonna may have done all that but Janet doesn't have to pay for dick like Madonna cause nobody wants to be with her. If Madonna didn't pay for dick she'd always be single...it's not like she was ever pretty.

    Wow...he really tried it. :sigh:

  2. His thirsty ass

I hate to agree with you game but you're right. The thirst was real.

MJ had parted ways with Quincy and needed help crafting a new sound. From whats been reported the Dangerous album was done in late 1990! Mike had produced much of it by himself and he was slowly letting industry insiders hear it. The reaction was.......the album needed work. Heavy D heard it and he was the one who told MJ to go get Teddy Riley, however before that he was trying to get Jimmy and Terry. Secretly I think Janet shut that down. :lmao:

  3. and to this day Prince remains pressed that two people he fired went on to have huge success, not just with Janet but many more

He's very pressed about it. I stan for prince but he has a big ego and I'm sure it was bigger back in the day. He felt like the king of the Miniappolis sound and wanted to control every artist that came out of it. But Jimmy and Terry were talented in their own right and they didn't need his napoleon complex having ass.

  4. This dummy girl is saying MJ wanted to work with JJ and TL because of their work with Prince and The time and not Janet by arguing that. Michael wanted to work with Prince on the bad album

Actually, MJ was a Prince STAN! he did want to work with Prince on the bad album and from what's been reported, the title track was suppose to be a duet between the two of them. But Prince wasn't down. The song kinda of became a diss track since a lot of people at the time thought the lyrics were directed at Prince. Prince didn't really use Jimmy and Terry after he fired them, however they were apart of the Grafitti bridge project because they were official members of The Time. Jimmy and Terry were already hot in the early 80s due to their work with the time. But After Control hit they were THE producers folks wanted to work with. I think Mike started jockin them around the RN project. RN had MJ shook because Janet was THAT bitch and he wasn't ready for how good that album was. But he didn't work with them officially until the History album.

  5. She needs to build a bridge. :coffee:

I love Tamera Mowry. I actually like her more than Tia. But she's been in the game for 20yrs now and she's been bi-racial her whole life. At a certain point you just develope a thick skin and realize that your life is YOUR journey. No one can walk your path but you, so why worry about what others think. At the end of the day, she's has a career, a husband and a beautiful baby. Be contenet with that and let the haters hate.

  8. All due respect, but slavery happened. It, along with the holocaust, ww1 and ww2 are periods that still cast shadows over our society, so they will always inspire material. im interested in seeing talented black people work. It does not matter if its in dramas, musicals, action films or comedies. From what i've been told because I have not seen the film, 12 yrs a slave is the most accurate portrayal of slavery ever. And the director was black. We should be taking all our kids to see it considering most of them don't know shit about the real atrocities of slavery and the middle passage. I saw the best man and loved it, however every black film should not aspire to be the best man. Its good to have diversity in the images being portrayed of any culture. Yes slavery is over, but we're not all rich professionals either. All our stories need to be told.
