Well I haven't received mine for the London show yet, probably has something to do with international transactions.

Ticketmaster.fr clearly says the show is canceled. As for refunds, it takes up to 15 days to see a credit on your bank account, at least in UK. Haven't they informed customers about automatic refunds?
oh well via twitter ticketmaster.fr are telling people there is still no news.
I am a UK customer, i have my refund from ticketmaster UK for the london show
i have heard nothing from ticketmaster france and i don't have my money back for the paris show yet.

yet ticketmaster france has not yet issued a refund and is telling people there is "still no news" on the show.
her show is still listed on the arena website for the venue in paris, however it is not possible to purchase tickets

The Providence show has an interactive map and it looks like roughly 1100 seats are still available. I can't see them pulling the plug when there's still 3 more months left to sell tickets. I'm going to that show with my little brother, so I hope it goes on as scheduled. But I also have Boston as a backup and that's practically sold out.

Yes, you can hear it at the 3:11 mark. I think the song is about many things: media and lies...people speculating about her being with a muslim guy ("don't be mind-closed" 2:23), living the kind of life that will lead her to heaven and so on. I liked the song at first, but to tell people to "leave us the fuck alone" is just rude in my opinion. I understand she doesn't like people speculating her personal life, but she should know better.

I agree with this part. It's just unfortunate that her "comeback" in Europe ended like this. I wish she would have "left the stage" with applauds instead of booing.
I don't believe she will ever reschedule the dates after what happened, and I think she will concentrate on Dubai and Middle East. She has that jewellery line in the works so she probably thinks there's her next customer base anyway.
I personally don't like the way this situation was handled from her part.. All this has made me dislike her. I think she is being rude and arrogant. I also started disliking the song The Great Forever after I found out she's singing L.U.T.F.A. in it. I think it's rude. I mean, just because you're rich and married to a billionaire doesn't mean you have the right to be arrogant and just "f*ck it all". Mariah Carey is engaged to a billionaire too, but she seems to be treating her fans very nicely and respectfully. Janet didn't need to start the "Conversation" in the first place if she didn't like it. An album would have been enough.
Anyway, that's my final opinion on this whole mess. Moving on...

and yes, as i stated earlier, i feel disrespected as a fan, i bought tickets for my dad and my sister, booked a flight for my sister to join us, paid for train tickets for myself and my dad. My dad was already sceptical as to whether he would enjoy it, and i wanted to prove to him she was awesome. Now he just thinks she doesn't know how to behave and he's dismissed her again and moved right on. I won't been getting hotel/.train/flight money back (all together about £250/$353usd) and I'm A STUDENT!!! So I fucking had to budget for that money months. The best Janet can do is quote some vague lyrics to us and say she'll reschedule, just like she did in 2001.

I get this. Part of me really does believe it was due to low sales. I think what has happened with Janet is scalpers buy the tickets up first, or maybe some kind of hold must be put on the ticket, then up charge for the tickets because they feel she's a high grossing artist, but it has backfired because people might not have been buying those tickets. So when they are released or when they see that the venues are not full enough they see they can't cover the production or will only break even.
That's just speculation but I think it definitely has to do with sales. It's the only thing that makes sense. They might have over estimated the venue size.
I'm no organiser or events manager and I can tell the scope of the tour was fucking delusional.

those people at this event in dubai don't care if she performs. They're not fans. They haven't bought tickets to see Janet perform, they bought tickets to see horse races, and Janet just HAPPENS to be performing there, kylie minogue performed there last week, she's just part of the entertainment for rich people and their horse racing.
if she wasn't married to Wissam she no doubt wouldn't be going there. - what's insulting is, like I said, the people she's performing for aren't even there for her, and it's still going ahead, 1000s of fans in Europe buy tickets specifically for Janet, and it's cancelled.

so, for some reason ticketmaster france are doing the following:
asking fans to physically send their tickets back to them, before you will get a refund.
what the fuck? just think how many fans will not know - as they have NOT announced that this is the case, I had to contact them.
they will not offer a refund for any tickets they receive after the 10th of April. - so I have to take time and effort to send them the tickets otherwise they'll keep all my money.
