  1. This chick is not playing with the industry at all.
  2. If you notice it doesn't say Beyonce anywhere in the title and thats because you mods are not to merge this or I shall merge my foot up your @sseswearing my razor blade stilettos...
  3. No Lady Gaga, Britney, or Katy tracks to be found anywhere... http://madamenoire.com/123472/dance-a-tops-beyonces-list-of-favorite-songs-for-2011/ Can you picture Beyonce grooving to Big Sean’s hit song “Dance (A**)” featuring Nicki Minaj? I really can’t either but this picture helps. The expectant mama, who may or may not be going into labor right now, says that’s her favorite song of 2011. Bey recently listed her 10 favorite songs of they year on her website yesterday and she has a nice little mix going, with a few surprises, in my opinion. Here’s what they are: Big Sean featuring Nicki Minaj— “Dance (A$$)” Future —”Tony Montana” Jay Z & Kanye West—”Ni**as in Paris” Kelly Rowland—”Motivation” Adele— “Someone Like You” Drake—”The Motto” Rihanna— “Man Down” Justin Bieber and Chris Brown—”Look At Me Now” James Blake—”The Wilhelm Scream” Frank Ocean—”Novacane” I didn’t think Beyonce was such a rap fan, but that clip of her getting it in at the Watch the Throne concert should have been a good indication. What do you think about her list? What’s your favorite song of 2011?
  4. I'm give it to Rhinna. She is officially the baddest looking chick in the game these days... http://cdn.mediatakeout.com/53253/rihanna-photo-d-out-in-barbados-with-some-of-her-friends-she-ain-t-got-on-makeup-though.html
  5. Rapper 50 Cent went into a tirade on his Twitter account after his label, Interscope Records, mistakenly released the cover art to his single, ‘Girls Go Wild,’ without his permission. This seems like an odd move on Interscope’s part considering that he is currently promoting music from his new mixtape ‘The Big 10.’ Nevertheless, Fiddy jumped on Twitter on Tuesday (Dec. 13) and posted, “Man, interscope put out the single art saying its coming out on the [Dec. 31st] but its not coming out. I’m not putting my album out till we are all on the same page.” He then goes on to tweet, “This is nuts to me. I try to do everything I can to keep my cool you know what? If they don’t care I don’t care I’m putting out a video now.” In another strange twist, Madonna has just secured a deal with Interscope Records and is releasing a song called ‘Girls Gone Wild,’ which has a nearly identical title to 50 Cent’s ‘Girls Go Wild.’ WTF? “These people are gonna make [me] kill one of them,” 50 vented. “Now madonna’s single is called GIRLS GONE WILD. This is some bull s–t.” Now the Internet is in a tizzy over a possible music war between 50 Cent and Madonna. We don’t know what the heck is going on, but a beef between two superstar artists on one label is bad for business. What do you think? Who do you think will win in this battle — 50 Cent or Madonna? Tell us in the comments below. http://popcrush.com/50-cent-madonna-girls-gone-wild-single/
  6. Is this true? She should let that album go. "Countdown" was her last chance. Oh and if this thread is merged I am going to lay hands on one of ya'lls foreheads , and not in a christian way either...
  7. At least she was trying to be artistic but the industry moved to dance pop and she tried 90s R&B. Also her first single was annoying, and the video came out too late. She should have went with "Countdown" first. Then she through too many songs against the wall at once. She tried to push it like it was still the "Bday" era. They don't do that anymore.
  8. Who does she think she is breaking all these records and stuff...
  9. Don't be merging my damn threads! I won 18 god damned forum awards in one night last year which means I deserved to be respected!
  10. I don't have to do these things you ask. I'm a libra which means I am a free spirit and am entitled to doing whatever I want.
  11. If the Rihanna reign wasn't gonna let up before, I bet it will now. Some ships in that 'navy' about to get sunk like the Titanic... Oh Beyonce. She just won’t let them lessors be great. Again, proving that pregnancy is little more than a few months of being heavier than usual, the megastar is already putting the wheels in motion for her 5th studio album. This according to hitmaker The-Dream, who she has reportedly enlisted for the project – the follow-up to this year’s ’4′. Full story after the jump… Speaking to AOL’s Boombox, Dream (real name Terius Nash) said of the 30 year old: “She’s ready to work. She’s crazy! She never stops doing anything. I don’t know if [pregnancy] is going to slow her down. She’s just incredible with doing things, I don’t know how she’s going to do it, she’s just a maniac… in a good way.” Say what we will about Mr Nash, he and King B are renown for making magic together (‘Single Ladies’, anyone?). As such, we certainly welcome his presence on her new project. A project we’re not altogether surprised is in the works. After all, Ms. Knowles’ work ethic is infallible. Yet, in keeping it 100, the sales of ’4′ are also likely a reason why a new album is being cooked up already. Indeed, while critically hailed and sonically cohesive, the set’s 956,000 sales to date are a far cry from the success Bey is used to. Not to mention the lack of any standout ‘hit’ single. So, while the aforementioned will be skimmed over due this being “the album she got pregnant during”, Bey, her team, and the label, know the drill. The next project has to perform markedly better. As such, don’t be surprised if the material is altogether more radio-friendly than the stellar-yet-not-crafted-for-radio tracks ’4′ had to offer. 15 years deep, Ms. Knowles-Carter knows the industry is a game that has to be played over and a certain way for continued success.
  12. I had to do that to an editor once who wanted to defame my sacred name... The editor of a Dutch fashion magazine criticised by US singer Rihanna for using a racist slur to describe her, has resigned. Eva Hoeke, editor-in-chief at Jackie, will leave with immediate effect after the pop star reacted angrily on Twitter to the article. The singer labelled the publication "disrespectful" and "rather desperate". A statement from Jackie apologised with Hoeke saying she has reacted "too quickly" to criticism of the article. The feature used language to describe Rihanna that the star found offensive. Star's anger Directing her anger at Hoeke on Twitter Rihanna wrote: "There are thousands of Dutch girls who would love to be recognised for their contributions to your country, you could have given them an article. "Instead, you paid to print one degrading an entire race." Rihanna also accused the magazine's article of being "a poor representation of the evolution of human rights." The magazine has apologised in a statement posted on their Facebook page. In the post Hoeke is quoted as saying: "I realise that my first reaction through Twitter, in which I indicated that it was a joke, has been an incomplete misrepresentation of what me, and also the author of the article, meant. "I should have counted to 10 before taking unsubtle stands through social media channels. "Through this my credibility has been hurt, and that neither fits the role of an editor-in-chief, nor Jackie Magazine. " Before the announcement of Hoeke's departure she had described the article as a "bad joke" on Twitter, and had defended the article saying there was "no racist motive". The magazine's publisher said they will invite Rihanna to share her opinions on the article in their next issue.
  13. I told you about giving me all this sass. I'm about to use these coo-pons I got for the greyhound and come down there with my vasaline and fighting heels.
  14. Rihanna has really won you over DC! I must admit I like her too though. "We Found Love" is my favorite song of 2011.
  15. So we've come to this now? You're gonna bully me and push me around and such?
  16. And with Christmas around the corner its just gonna get better.
  17. It is a hot song and I haven't heard the completed version.
