Don't you love how they always put words in your mouth around here. My statement is that Beyonce is the better singer because she's more consistent. I can post a shit load of clips of Christina sounding a mess. And I'm not a Christina hater, I used to love her, but I can't stand her live performances.

Technically, Beyonce is the better singer. Christina is very hit or miss, especially live. Now, Beyonce is very polished and rehearsed, but her vocals always slay. Christina just yells. When she isn't yelling and doing sloppy runs, she's awesome, but she always tries to go for the gusto and fails most times in my opinion. And I never said Beyonce was the best vocalist of our generation, I said I think Beyonce is a better vocalist than Christina because she has consistency.

Of course you're just saying that because of sells, but vocally there are girls that would slaughter her. Fantasia should be in the running if we're talking about vocals. She sings down and her ear is amazing.

Actually, I loved that "Man's World" performance. Vocally, to me, Christina has shown no growth. She's still doing the same sloppy runs she was doing when she first came out. Actually, her voice is worst. The only songs that I think she's shown growth are on the songs she did with Sia (You Lost me, Bound to You). I think that's her problem. To me, she's kind of a one trick pony. She's shown all her tricks and she's boring to me. I used to love her when she first came out, but she bores me now. I think I would like her if she learned some new runs. That's what annoys me the most. Those same 5 runs she does on every song.

That clip proved my point. Most of those clips are old--over 3/4 years ago.

And Christina sounds a mess most of the time. You can name her great performances on one hand. Her last great performance was the "Hope for Haiti" performance. I'm not even a Beyonce fan, but Beyonce doesn't have a bad performance. Christina has a shitload of shitty performances. Luck doesn't strike too often for her. She's more off than on.

Of the newer girls, none of them are fucking with Bey vocally, not even Christina.
