The half-dozen Grammy Award-winner and her hubby, Wissam Al Mana, recently checked out a $13.995 million four-bedroom, 3½-bathroom penthouse at 40 Mercer St., the building that was a collaboration between hotelier André Balazs and Jean Nouvel. The condo includes a 1,500-square-foot landscaped terrace — with its own private pool — and a 3,000-square-foot interior that is wired for sound and comes with a chef’s kitchen. Douglas Elliman brokers Fredrik Eklund and John Gomes declined to comment.Bitches! What!
