I don't know who some of you are referring to when you say "predicting" but I am definitely not. I'm simply giving my interpretation. And when I say that the era is over, I pretty mean it on a personal level. Therefore, I really don't give a fuck about the era anymore. I do hope to see her in August, if that dosen't happen, then I get my refund, and won't give a fuck even strongly.

The funny thing is that I was never hurt to begin with. I went from excited, to impatient, to annoyed, back to hopeful, back to annoyed, and now I'm saying fuck it. It really isn't that deep anymore. The interest just isn't there. At this point, it wouldn'tmatter if Janet released something. I have no hype left. The era is stale, boring, and fucking ridiculous. For those who love it, you can have it. She gave us great memories, and I still hold them dearly. She was the best entertainer ever, and I'm thankful for that. I guess this simply is my time to say thanks for RN, All For You, and The Velvet Rope. The best eras ever. If this era is "The new Janet," then I'm done with her. Another thing, this is a discussion board. Sorry that we are annoying you guys with our "immature" and honest feelings about this era. I will also admit that I'm being a spoiled brat. I will blame Janet for that one. I guess we are all different. I used to be a huge Mariah, and Whitney fan. The difference here is, that Mariah and Whitney were powerhouse singers. I think Austin spoke about this. I used to buy their albums, and enjoyed their vocals and music. That was enough for me. Janet is a different kind of artist. As a matter of fact, there were a few songs I didn't care for, then I saw the video, and or a performance of the song, and I was instantly enamoured with the song. "All For You" and "Dosent Really Matter" are two examples. Janet gave us the whole package. For ME, she's not a "just an album" type of artist. She's a performer. We aren't getting that this time, and it is a huge dissapointment, because the album is great, but not alone, it needs icing (visuals).

Everybody sounds like a broken record. The ones complaining and the ones defending. If everyone says they're completely satisfied with this era they're a damn lie lol. No new video since July of last year when "No Sleeep" was released. Everybody else around the world is doing videos for "Burn It Up" and Janet is just sitting there retweeting them. Y'all can't tell me since July Janet couldn't of made another video or done other promotion. I'm gonna try and think of some logical reason as to why she hasn't. I would say health except for the fact she's been touring since September. I could've sworn it was said the "Burn It Up" video was shot long ago. All who have me on facebook know I love that woman and hell I even made a clip of how I think the guitar solo in "Take Me Away" should look if a video is done for it and posted it in several Janet groups on facebook and everybody loved it. I tweeted it and Jimmy clicked like on both clips I posted. All done with a cell phone. Hell i'm trying to continue the promotion for Janet myself. I will say i'm happy that I got love from some guys in rock bands who have liked those clips. Had one of my white friends thinking it was a well known guitarist named Steve Vai. I told him it was actually the ending on a Janet song and he was like "Wow. That was still cool as fuck". I'll never believe everyone is happy with the way things are going. Janet probably isn't happy with it herself either. I just pray she finishes this era or at least tour with a bang since i'm sure it's her last album. Hopefully not but I feel it.

I didn't say she wasn't happy with herself. I can hear she's happy with herself in the album. I'm saying I don't think she's totally happy with what's going on. She knows some of the fans have been waiting for something to happen and then she's had to post pone the tour although it's back on but she's not even promoting that. Hell one of my friends who knows i'm a Janet fan just told me a few days ago "Hey Janet cancelled her tour." and I had to tell them it's back on. Hell actually her PR team should be promoting instead of her. She's paying them and they ain't doing shit really. Maybe there's just something going on that we'll never know.
