  2. Jackson's former nanny defends Paris Michael Jackson's former nanny has defended Paris Jackson's recent outbursts on twitter, describing her as a 'spirited' and 'dramatic young girl'. Grace Rwaramba has appealed to the public to be kind to the 14 year old - the late singer's only daughter - saying she is 'spirited' and a 'dramatic young girl', despite the aspiring actress recently hitting her aunt, Janet Jackson, as well as slamming her uncle Randy Jackson on twitter. Grace told RadarOnline.com: 'Give her a chance to make and learn from her mistakes without demonising her. She is a spirited, very expressive and dramatic young girl. The traits that made her the apple of her father's eye are the same traits that she must learn to control as she matures into adulthood. 'Let's be careful not to dim her spirit. It breaks my heart to think that Paris and her brothers could become the subject of endless criticism for simply being kids. 'Michael loved his children very much. He gave them tools that they will need to become good and decent individuals.' Paris recently accused Randy of spreading rumours after he authenticated a leaked letter from him and siblings Janet, Rebie, Tito and Jermaine that claimed Michael's will was fake and alleged their mother Katherine Jackson was in bad health. But Grace thinks it's unhealthy for a 14-year-old girl to have more than 775,000 followers on twitter, and believes the teenager and her brothers, Prince Michael, 15, and 'Blanket', 10 - who have all been concerned about Katherine's welfare - will eventually learn that their family 'loves' them. She added: 'I am confident that in time, Paris and her brothers will learn that their family loves and wants what's best for them. Until then, please take her tweets with a grain of salt. No child should have 700,000 followers on twitter or any other social media platform.' Paris and Janet's altercation - which also saw the singer slap Paris - came when Janet, Randy and Jermaine Jackson arrived to take the teenager and her siblings to see their grandmother Katherine in Arizona, where she was for 11 days, and it had been suggested she was being kept against her will by her children. Katherine has since denied this was the case and she has returned to her home in Calabasas to see Prince Michael, Paris and 'Blanket'. She will now share custody of the children with her grandson Tito Joe 'TJ' Jackson'.
  3. Diana Ross weighs in, urges privacy for Jackson children Michael Jackson's will expressly stated that, if for some reason, his mother Katherine couldn't care for his children in the event of his death, then he wanted longtime friend Diana Ross to look after them. That doesn't appear to be happening anytime soon, even though 82-year-old Katherine Jackson lost custody of Prince, Paris and Blanket last week at the behest of grandson T.J., who has been appointed his cousins' temporary guardian. Ross has finally spoken out, however, in response to a report that she will sign off on a proposed joint custody agreement between Katherine and T.J., which E! News learned yesterday was in the works. "All interests are best served if it remains private," read the singer's terse statement in response to the increasingly tangled web being woven around Michael Jackson's children. Probably so, but the kids' aunts and uncles opted to get from A to B (whatever B is, no one has quite determined) in as public a fashion as possible so far. Rebbie, Jermaine, Randy and Janet Jackson have demanded that the current executors of Michael's estate step down from their post, claiming their late brother's will is a fake and that their management of the estate is taking its toll on their 82-year-old mother. While Katherine was at a resort in Arizona at the behest of some of her grown children... some of the 82-year-old's other relatives (T.J. Jackson, Trent Jackson, Marlon Jackson, as well as the King of Pop's three kids) were unable to contact her. T.J. (who is Tito Jackson's son) was granted temporary custody of Prince, Paris and Blanket last week -- a move that left Katherine, in her words, "devastated." A source assured E! News, meanwhile, that T.J. is "tight with his grandmother" and didn't make this change to take the kids away from her. They are now "trying to protect the kids from the other family," the insider said.
  4. Michael Jackson's mother Katherine reportedly 'furious' that son Randy led failed scheme to sack managers of King of Pop's estate Katherine Jackson is reportedly “furious” that her son, Randy, led a failed scheme to sack the managers of the King of Pop’s estate and scrap his will. The beloved 82-year-old matriarch had no idea Randy tried to unseat estate executors John Branca and John McClain with fraud allegations while she spent nine days in seclusion at the Miraval resort in Tucson, RadarOnline reported Monday. “Katherine was completely unaware that Randy had orchestrated his siblings signing a letter sent to the executors of Michael Jackson's estate demanding their immediate resignation. "Now that Katherine has been home for a few days, she recognizes that Randy was the one that planned this, and she is absolutely furious for him doing so,” an unidentified source reportedly told the website. “Katherine has never had a stroke or a mini-stroke as the ridiculous letter says. Katherine will never speak out publicly against her children; it’s just not who she is. "Behind the scenes, however, Katherine is extremely upset and disappointed in Randy's actions that have brought so much unwanted chaos into all of their lives,” the source added. Katherine Jackson’s lawyer declined comment when reached by the Daily News Monday. It was just last week that Katherine lost guardianship of Michael’s three kids after they and other family members were unable to contact her in more than a week -- and feared the 82-year-old matriarch was effectively kidnapped by the Jacksons currently feuding over the MJ estate (Randy, Jermaine, Janet and Rebbie). Judge Mitchell Beckloff handed temporary custody to Katherine Jackson’s grandson, TJ Jackson, the son of Michael’s brother Tito. Katherine Jackson reportedly wants all the family trash-talking to stop, including the public claim that Michael never signed the 2002 will, which handed stewardship of his lucrative estate to Branca and McClain, with Katherine, his kids and some charities listed as his sole beneficiaries. “Katherine specifically told Randy that if he wants to pursue this ridiculous claim that Michael’s will is fake, to remain quiet about it. If Randy does find evidence, which Katherine knows is very unlikely to happen, to take it to court and not play it out the in press,” the source told Radar. In a Twitter post earlier Monday, Randy again took aim at Michael’s executors by posting a report that the estate had banned him, Jermaine, Janet and Rebbie from entering the Calabasas home Katherine shares with Michael’s kids. “And THIS IS WHY I AM SO AFRAID FOR MY MOTHER…" he tweeted along with a link to the story. According to TJ Jackson's lawyer, Charles Schultz... the estate issued the ban on the request of his client, after Randy and Janet Jackson attempted to remove Michael Jackson's three children from their home on Monday (July 23). A scuffle broke out between two adult family members and police were called. No arrests were made. “Katherine Jackson is completely free to talk to whomever she chooses and is free to come and go from the house with anyone whom she chooses,” Schultz said. “This has been made completely clear to Mrs. Jackson and she has acknowledged that fact.” If Janet, Randy, Jermaine or Rebbie Jackson want to talk to their mother, who they took on an unannounced 10-day vacation to Arizona earlier this month, they can call her, he said. “If anything, it sounds like the people who tried to manipulate her previously are continuing to do so via telephone,” Schultz wrote.
  5. Katherine Jackson & MJ's Kids Show Up for 'Unity' Tour Despite Family Brawl Despite a public family showdown, Katherine Jackson and Michael Jackson's three kids all showed up at the Jackson Brothers' "Unity Tour" ... even though one of the members, Jermaine Jackson, is actively trying to overthrow the MJ estate. TMZ obtained footage of Katherine and the kids arriving at the concert in Saratoga, CA., Saturday night (to a small round of applause from the crowd) where Marlon, Tito, Jackie and Jermaine are continuing their tour, despite the current family rift. During the concert, Jermaine -- who is on opposite sides of the feud than his band mate brothers -- played a whole set by himself, singing several Michael Jackson songs as a solo act. A source told TMZ that Michael's kids, who were watching from the crowd, did not appear to be enjoying themselves. Fourteen-year-old Paris Jackson was seen crying off and on throughout the show -- especially during covers of "I'll Be There" and "Gone Too Soon," which were set to a slideshow of photos of the late King of Pop. The ironically titled concert came after several days of family in-fighting. On Friday, it was reported that Katherine and TJ (Tito's son) may be sharing custody of Paris, Prince and Blanket. According to TMZ, Katherine's attorney, Perry Sanders, says that Katherine and TJ will file a request for joint guardianship in court early next week. Katherine's lawyer says the new shared living arrangement "reflected the wishes of [Michael Jackson's] children." Katherine lost custody of the children to TJ earlier after a dispute over Michael's estate and the whereabouts and treatment of Katherine were questioned. A fight broke out at Katherine's home in Calabasas, California on Monday (July 23) during which multiple family members were involved, including MJ's famous sister Janet. Police arrived at the scene but no arrests were made.
  6. Dang. I think it's a little too late. I'm waiting to see if they will air this on TV?
  7. In reality, nothing should have "gone this far," but mistakes happen. The kids shouldn't have gone to Twitter to tweet things that were "family business." This is most likely the reason Janet was trying to take Paris' phone away to prevent her from tweeting family business. Maybe she shouldn't have done it, but if this was my family, I would do the same thing! They were informed that Katherine was taking time away, but this could have lead to the "missing person" filing since they couldn't get in touch with her. She's 82 and I'm sure she was stressed. I don't know if we will know the "truth" of this matter because there are two sides to every story.
  8. And ohmygosh! Why am I responding to something from 2010? Dang! Haha!
  9. When the time is right, you will see those videos from the cellphone. They don't need to release it to the public! It could be used for court or who knows. Janet isn't the type to let the media in her family business so why in the world would she release it? Honey, you must be really missing this whole thread several pages ago. We have already discussed about that "Don't let them pls" text. It obviously looked like there was more to the text (it's an iPhone and when a text ends, there are curves to it) and Prince only showed what he wanted. That is not consider a fact when you're cutting people's texts off and trying to prove your point. It's childish and I expect it from a child (which Prince is).
  10. Yes! It definitely was damaging to her character! I'm glad that Janet is suing! You can't lie about the Queen and get away with it!
  11. Just PM'ed the link to you!
  12. I'm so freaking excited! This is going to be a great album! Totally reminding her of her debut! Loves it! Doesn't "Love I'm Yours" sound like she's using the beat from 112's "Cupid?" Beautiful.
  13. Jermaine, Randy and Janet Jackson: Banned From Katherine Jackson's House! The Jackson family feud has simmered down somewhat, but relations are still icy as four of Michael's siblings are now banned from their mom's house. Michael Jackson's kids Prince, Blanket and Paris Jackson - subjects of a bizarre custody feud - are currently staying at Katherine Jackson's L.A. home. The kids' cousin and temporary guardian, T.J. Jackson, has been advised by lawyers for the Michael Jackson estate on who should not be allowed in. As such, Jermaine, Randy, Rebbie and Janet Jackson have been 86'd. T.J.'s lawyer Charles Shultz says he's instructed the security team accordingly and his actions are "in compliance" with a judge's orders, not arbitrary. Those on the not-allowed list were either present on July 23 "or in some way participated in the events surrounding that date," Shultz stated. It was then that Jermaine, Randy and Janet Jackson arrived at Katherine's home and allegedly tried to physically remove Prince, Paris and Blanket. Randy, Jermaine, Janet and sister Rebbie Jackson have been accused by some of being motivated by money to separate Katherine from the kids. Michael's will, which left his estate to his children and provided an ample allowance to their guardian (Katherine), obviously stands in their way. Since Michael's death in 2009, Katherine Jackson had been receiving a monthly allowance of $86,000 as guardian of Prince, Paris and Blanket. For the time being, that sum goes to T.J. Jackson.
  14. At this point, everything is dying down. Interesting...
  15. La Toya Jackson Calls For Family Truce La Toya Jackson is calling for a truce in the bizarre saga involving her famous family. She's asking that her siblings stop airing the family's dirty laundry in public. Janet, Jermaine, Rebbie and Randy Jackson have all weighed in on the custody battle surrounding their mother, Katherine, and Michael Jackson's three children. La Toya is calling on all parties, regardless of which side, to come together and sort it out sensibly - and behind closed doors, away from celebrity gossip sites. Also weighing in on the debacle is Michael’s disgraced doctor, Dr. Conrad Murray, who reached out to the maligned Katherine Jackson, 82, from prison. The man found guilty of involuntary manslaughter in the death of her son has invited Katherine for a jailhouse talk "to answer any questions she may have." Meanwhile, Katherine, whose whereabouts were undetermined for a brief period, was finally able to meet with her attorney, Perry Sanders, on Thursday night. Sanders, who was denied access to the matriarch days earlier, plans to have Katherine’s custody of Michael’s three children reinstated as soon as possible. Since her grandmother’s return, Paris Jackson, 14, has been sending late-night tweets, raising red flags about the toll this stressful situation is taking.
  16. This is all getting crazy - I'm going to need a drink
  17. Nelsan Ellis cast as MLK in Lee Daniels' - 'The Butler' YES! I definitely think a better choice than Ne-yo. Given the wealth of actors whose names have been announced as cast members in Lee Daniels' upcoming bio The Butler, there has been plenty of speculation about which of those actors will play Martin Luther King Jr. Speculate no more because Daniels has hired True Blood's Nelsan Ellis to play MLK in The Butler. Last we saw Ellis on the big screen was in last year's award-winning drama The Help, playing Henry, the waiter. Ellis joins a loaded (flawless cast - OP) cast that includes: Forest Whitaker, Oprah Winfrey, David Oyelowo, John Cusack, Alan Rickman, Jane Fonda, Melissa Leo,Liev Schreiber, Jesse Williams, Mariah Carey, Yaya DaCosta, and many more.
