  1. It's important to ignore the irrelevant. Never worried about what anyone says in comments sections. It's not news.
  2. And that was a rumor that John Singleton made up...Janet is a HIV/AIDS activist and it's been known you can't get HIV from just kissing.
  3. They met in 2006, started dating in 2009, and she hasn't performed at the Staples Center since 2008...most of this does seem true though.
  4. So far she's mixed Nasty with For Free, Controlla, and Americas Most Wanted. I love it!
  5. So here's my latest video blog, I discuss pretty much everything that's been happening the last week: Kevin Aucoin, Janet Jam Lewis radio documentary, Cardi B and Tamar, the new president of A&R for Rhythm Nation Records, winning front row tickets to shows, and the straightened ponytail. In the next video, I'll be discussing the anniversaries for Janet Jackson, Rhythm Nation, The Velvet Rope, and 20 Y.O. and from now on in every video, I'll be showing love and giving a spotlight to fans that are using art, music, dance, and social media to promote Janet in a positive light.
  6. I personally want to hear The Great Forever. And I like how she uses her voice on that song.
  7. Here's the aired version: https://www.mixcloud.com/john-cameron5/janet-jam-lewis-deconstructing-30-years-of-music-broadcast-version/ The extended version is coming. Make sure none of the broadcasts are recorded and put on other platforms, they'll be taken down.
  8. There's 40 extra minutes?? OMG yes, I hope we all get to hear it!
  9. This is EXACTLY what her legacy needs out there. Now if this could gain some exposure, I'd be happy. Janet puts in the work and passion. Jimmy & Terry are geniuses and incomparably talented!
  10. I was interviewed across the street at the fans pre-show meet and greet. I got there before the meet and greet was supposed to start and the fans that put it together were already there with the crew. Paulette is usually walking around the arena, talking to fans and taking pictures and videos. She's very approachable and very nice, smiled the whole time we were talking. Has a very warm and welcoming energy.
  11. I tuned in late, I can't wait to hear the full documentary!
  12. The one-two punch of Come Back To Me and The Body That Loves You was too much for me. My friend Keith was two rows behind me and got my reaction to it. I lost my mind!! You can hear me screaming and having a holy ghost moment!
  13. I didn't ask her that. We only talked about England, Janet, exercise, travel, and the other shows I'll be attending. The only person I know of with a Janet experience that wasn't sweet is Kevin Hart...and that was his own fault haha.
  14. The pictures don't do her justice. She's easy on the eyes. SUPER nice. We spoke for about 5 minutes (British connection) and she's so grateful to be working with Janet. I complimented her and thanked her for getting Janet in better shape. She says that Janet is easy to work with and is extremely nice.
  15. I am happy she's on tour and that the show is amazing. Seeing the boxscore for Austin and the seating maps for a lot of these markets is disheartening. But at this point, complaining about no promo is beating a dead horse. It's out of our control and if Janet is satisfied with performing to crowds of any size, as long as there are no cancellations, all we can do is show up and support. As much as I wish her personal and professional lives were in better shape, I'd love for all of these shows to continue as scheduled. And I respect her for continuing even under this marriage drama and not many sold out arenas. And as DRAINING as reading these disagreements and arguments are, have at it guys. Free speech, free will, do your thing. Seems like there's always been a dysfunctional love-hate equation here on this forum and it's really weird, but if you like it, I love it. I guess.
  16. ET reporting that she wants full custody. http://www.etonline.com/exclusive-janet-jackson-wants-full-custody-her-8-month-old-son-eissa-87098
  17. We all come from different perspectives and don't always receive things the same way. I feel that constructive criticism is always the best route to go rather than name calling or making negative comments, but again, it's all a matter of perspective. What may seem harmless to some might seem harmful to others and vice versa. The bottom line is...we're all here because we love Janet and we all show our love for her in different ways. And articles like this do worry/bother me because I don't want any negative effects to come from this legally. I just want Janet and Eissa to be healthy, happy, and safe. The tour is amazing and that's my biggest focus. I really hope they can settle their differences. Janet is the best and deserves the best.
  18. Ok then. I'll be holier than thou! ?? But I'm firm in my stance and it isn't changing. Agree to disagree and let's move on.
  19. Whether you were right or wrong about your speculations, I'm sure it doesn't make you feel better. There's nothing any of us can gain from being right about a situation like this, none of us win! And it's not our relationship or circumstance, we have no fight in this battle. All we can do is support Janet and not allow anyone to abuse us in our own lives. Do I still think we need to mind our own business and have boundaries out of respect for Janet on certain topics? Of course! But as adults, you have free will to do whatever you feel is necessary. I'm not angry or upset with any of you for discussing things that I feel are bordering out of line. I just won't participate in it and I'll speak against it when I feel the need to. I see no benefit in it. I see many fans online feel it's OK to comment on personal topics just because they like her music or support her career. Sometimes it's creepy and invasive. And this article saddens me. I'd never want to be right about any of this. Every part of me was hoping her inclusion of What About wasn't related to Wissam. I was in TEARS at my show. I've been mentally, emotionally, physically, and financially abused in my life too. And your comment about Muslim men is unecessary and disrespectful. Since when did abuse become a Muslim thing? Was James a Muslim? No. But he abused her. I've seen abuse occur from men AND women from different backgrounds. I'm not at all happy with these comments Joe, it's DISRESPECTFUL and ignorant as hell! If someone made those comments about your faith and/or ethnicity, you'd be pissed! Islam is NOT synonymous with abuse. No religion or ethnic background is and to suggest that is slanderous. That's exactly why some of you shouldn't speculate because you say disrespectful and unture generalizations and try to hide behind "free speech" when you're really just being offensive.
  20. I'm surprised Randy revealed so much. This is heartbreaking and disappointing. No one deserves to be treated like that, especially from their spouse.
