I'm sure this has been discussed in here, but the tv show "POSE" had several mentions of Janet. "Let's Wait Awhile" was used in one of the episodes. I just was too lazy to go through the thread and see if anyone posted about it.

Well she was coming off a divorce and she was single..she writes about what's going on in her life, so she had time to read Rene and them. She had plenty to say on YAR, SOAG, and Truth.

All of them have a better chance of winning over Janet..maybe not Audra..but the others, most definitely..and my bet is on H.E.R.

Some fans think that since she's had conceptual albums before, that she should stick to that..they will use 20 Y.O. and Discipline as examples--moreso because she didn't write as much on those albums. Honestly, she's better when she really has something to say..but I wouldn't mind a more free, happy-go-lucky Janet a la A4U..even MFN was energetic, colorful, and playful..but had a message.

I don't think she's winning either way..

My cousin told me by the time I'm 35, if you don't have kids, just get a dog. I know my family would help me take of the kid if I had one..they love to see a family member have kids..it keeps the name/legacy alive. But since I don't live at home, then it would be all me. My family knows about me..I don't tell them I'm gay..it's one of those things you don't have to explain..now some family members do ask if why I'm not married or have kids and I tell them I just don't have the time and I like my freedom. I know I can go out and make them if I wanted too..but it's just too late in the game now. As far as co-workers and stuff, most of their kids are doing good..now it's about the grandchildren.

I still have my moments where I want kids..all my friends here have them..most people at work have kids(except the gays--). Sometimes, I feel inadequate because that's what most people talk about are their kids or spouses..and other times, I'm like fuck it. Oh well. I'm 40 and at this point it's not happening. I have two nephews(I have more on my dad side)..so I'll love them like my own. It's funny how people say don't have them because of the expenses..others say have at least one. But yeah.

I didn't either, but the way the jeans are open and her "posing" in that stance makes me see it a biT.
