They could have cut off a lot more of her interview. But yeah saying that Nothing and Make Me were number 1 ones hits was a bit much as they hit number one on the Adult Contemporary charts and Dance Charts....but a number 1 is a number 1 I guess. She still has her 10 Top !00 and I think she has it in her to pull out 3 more in the next couple of years. But I'm loving this Janet who doesn't care what you make of it. Now "Make Me!"

Damn I was just in the building last night....above Katsuya there is a residential loft called the Broadway which houses Katsuya. I gotta visit my friend more often....I lived down the street from the Broadway at Sunset and Vine. I have never met the bitch and even though we have a stylist working with her I still don't think I'm going to ever meet her. Who knows......maybe I'll write Janet into my movie and have our stylist past the script to her! :whistle: :whistle:

To be honest I think it's a bit overrated but I love the performance and the choreography especially the breakdown is definitely one of her best....don't get me wrong I love the song but it's not her best song!

It sure was because it was all about raw energy and simplicity. Only 1 costume change...well 2 if you count the black to white buttoned shirt and then the accessories for the R.N. performance. There was no props....just janet and the spotlight and straight up street dancing! It was definitely her best tour cause she sang 90% percent of that show live holding the mic......the only time she had the head mic on was when she sang R.N. Wish I could relive that night!!!!!!

Oh yeah Janet's husband was cute until that scene in the bedroom when Janet was reading him.....I swear his gay face crept out at that moment like a bitch!

They haven't been shot.....Italian Vanity Fair is meant to be shot this month and Italian Vogue sometime in January. They have pushed the dates. Health Magazine was shot last month and they quickly put that out!

I can't get enough of this!!!!! Ahhhhh it takes me back to seeing her the first time 5th row center. This version is much better than the Tokyo Dome recorded version. This was aired on BET during her R.N. tour. They shot this with better close ups and I'm sure they filmed the whole thing. Janet please release this so these younghens know you are the truth! Fucking attitude......the part when she's breaking it down at the end and says...."hu....hu.....uh!" At the end when Janet is freaking and smiling is just too much for me....that bitch can dance! Sticking her tongue out.....just fucking love it!

Mariah would have ruined that role!!!!!!! So glad Janet suggested Thandie for it and Tyler went for it. I thought Thandie was the best next to Phylicia, Whoop, Kimberly and Janet. I did want more Janet though.....she needed just one more scene in my opinion that could have been subtle, I don't think we got to see her revelation as much as the others. And the scene and monologue for Kimberly when the kids are thrown should not have been cut out.......there was a lot cut out from the play. That scene is one of the most famous monologues for Black actresses....don't understand how Tyler could not have let Kimberly do that. I watched it a 2nd time and liked it a lot more and saw more in the lines. Thandie cracked me up I must say and Whoop was too much! REPENT!

That dress is killing it! Tell me her stylist(our stylist) isn't killing it? When interviewed about the costumes in the movie Janet said she was the only one that had her own stylist because she had a vision for the character...truth be told she wanted to look good and she did! She mentioned our stylists name during the panel and said she will never work with anyone else. Let's see how long that lasts but he is giving her life as far as what she is wearing!

You can't even compare.....Meryl was the lead in the movie next to Anne Hatheway. Janet didn't have enough screen time to showcase a much more difficult character to hate.
