She's never really been that much of a singles artist. Most of her singles have only been promotional. I don't even think she has 24 music videos. I'm not really sure what that number includes. Kim
Macklemore & Ryan Lewis Score Top Billboard 200 Debut, Mumford Still No. 1 Pop icon Barbra Streisand claims her 32nd top 10 album as "Release Me" takes a bow at No. 7 with 44,000 sold. The arrival extends her lead as the woman with the most top 10 albums in history. Among all acts, only Frank Sinatra (with 33) and the Rolling Stones (36) have earned more top 10s. Streisand may soon overtake the Chairman, as she has been on a top 10 roll since 2003: All six of her chart entries since then have debuted in the top 10. Her current streak began with "The Movie Album" (which peaked at No. 3) and includes the No. 1 "Love Is The Answer" (2009). http://www.billboard...rce=most_recent

WW but albums is close to, allegedly, 72 million in the US or 85 million WW... though the wiki page has sooo many errors Her career pre-dates Soundscan, so the numbers have never really been accurate, and I don't think the RIAA was that accurate back in the day either. Congrats!! She pretty much can release whatever she wants now and get a top 10 album... Love that she FINALLY did No more tears, enough is enough!! How i wanted to see this done by both ladies live once... *Resists playing the video* I want to be surprised when I see her next week, but I know she tributes Donna. I really wanted them to get together for it as well. I can't believe they've never performed it together. It's all Barbra's fault.
Kim
Barbra Streisand Extends Historic Billboard 200 Albums Chart Resume This week, Barbra Streisand becomes the first act to take multiple new albums into the Billboard 200 chart's top 10 in every decade since the 1960s. Her latest set, "Release Me," debuts at No. 7 this week, starting with 44,000 sold according to Nielsen SoundScan. Her closest competition for top 10 domination over the decades is the Rolling Stones. The veteran band is the only other act to have scored at least two top 10s in the '60s, '70s, '80s, '90s and '00s. The group could nab its first new top 10 of the '10s with its upcoming greatest hits set "GRRR!," which will be released on Nov. 13. (Not counted towards their '10s tally is the band's 2011 reissue of the 1972 No. 1 album "Exile On Main St.", which reentered at No. 2 last year.) Streisand already owned the record of having at least one top 10 set in every decade from the 1960s forward -- she managed the feat at year ago when "What Matters Most" reached No. 4. "Release Me" is also the diva's 32nd top 10 set, extending her lead as the woman with the most top 10 albums in history. Among solo acts, only Frank Sinatra (with 33) has more top 10 sets than Streisand. However, she may soon overtake the Chairman, as she's been on a hot streak since 2003: All six of her chart entries have debuted in the top 10. "Release Me" is an archival set and contains previously unreleased material from throughout her career. It comes less than six months short of her 50th anniversary on Billboard's charts: Her first chart entry came on April 13, 1963, when "The Barbra Streisand Album" debuted on the Billboard 200.
