Illi Posted January 17, 2011 Share Posted January 17, 2011 you have to understand half of the people here aren't in touch with music they still stuck in the 90's and early 2000's but everyone is entitled to their opinion but dead at the people bashing it and haven't even seen it because it was taken down Most [young] people are in touch with today's music, whether they are necessarily a fan or not, but Jlo isn't. Everything she released in the past few years sounds like it's from 2001. Jlo has to find a modern sound and let's see where we go from there. Plus that video is a little tacky to me. The US catches on to eurodance and oversaturate the market and cheapen the whole thing up... *hides* - no offense tho (really) ... it's just that in the US every artist has to top the other one and the way to do that mostly is to try to be as shocking as possible in a trashy way... same thing when the US finally picked up electro and started using it in r&b... cool at the beginning and ending up with the Pussycat dolls and such... And Im actually surprised considering she was always the type of celeb that was ahead or on the cutting edge of the current trend whether it be music or fashion. She has lost herself. The Jlo (post -giving birth) hasn't been the same and its not looking like it ever will be,sadly.Sometimes you have to call a spade a spade.
