Let's see. Go to 14th street and union square. Union Square is always a lively crowd. There's a whole foods play, and the huge best buy where artist go for their album signings. There's also cupcakes by melissa for your desert needs. There they have Webster's hall which has a lot of interesting parties mixed with celebrities and things too.

Further down from there is Soho which is south of houston street, a nice party area and shopping area. That's where Uniqolo is, a great place, like a better version of H&M; also the Bape store has a lot of celebrities that come there, and there's a lot of great places to eat and trendy bars. It's my favorite area of NYC.

Also you have the meatpacking district which is probably my favorite party area in New York City.

In Harlem you have soul food resturants Slyvia's and Ruth Chris if you like that type of food. You also have the Apollo theater where Michael Jackson and a lot of the greats started at, a great tourist attraction.

You have Central Park which is like beyond huge.

In Brooklyn you have the Brooklyn Museum and the Brooklyn Circus which is like an urban style clothing store with a lot of cool guys there. There's also the Brooklyn Bowl which hosts a lot of free parties, with a lot of them being dj'd by Solange.

Cosi is a great place to eat. They are all over Manhattan. The Bronx has Yankee stadium.

Take a stroll down the High Line. It'll be cold be it's beautiful. And if I'm not mistaken you can get lunch there.

The New museum is fun, they always have some crazy shit going on:

If you like art visit the chelsea galleries as well, it's one of my favorite things to do in the city.

It's basically all between 10-12th av on the west side between about 18th and 26th street. And while you're there, the pier is pretty, but it's gonna be really cold so might be pointless.

If you're going to be there for so long I really recommend you buy a guide... Check out Soho like Trackboy said, there's great shopping and restaurants. Battery Park is nice to visit, City Hall... Plenty of great restaurants in Meat Packing, Tribeca.

OH! 1 restaurant I really love is called The Park in Chelsea...

you'll love it.

Goldbar is a cool club http://www.yelp.com/biz/goldbar-new-york The decor is fucking amazing...

I go to a club called Happy Ending a lot, it's an old converted bathhouse so downstairs are stalls and its a nice grimy little spot and the music is usually pretty good depends what night it is.

You should check out top of the rock, it's "touristy" but you'll see an amazing view of new york city ^_^http://www.topoftherocknyc.com/
