Her fans have been begging her to sing more songs from Full Moon, and this song is a fan favorite. That's why. They wanted her to do more album tracks and not the same songs all the time. She just said that she was going to add "Sweet Nothing's" as well.

This was her first time ever performing that song. I think she was just testing it out. That's why the music was so minimal and no backgrounds
