I wouldnt say Mariah was "talking it up" ...it was more of JD hyping it up. When ppl would ask Mariah about it..she would give a casual "I like Janet, i wouldnt have no problem with that" type of answers. It never sounded like it was something Janet nor Mariah was eager to do. More like JD's dream

That whole Ashanti/ Jlo thing is blown out of proportion. Ashanti wrote a song for Jlo and Ashanti's background vocals from the demo were put on Jlo's song. That sort of shit happens ALL THE TIME. If the artist like how the background vocals sound on the demo they usually will use those backgrounds for their record...no big deal..ppl act like Ashanti wrote all of Jlo's shit wtf...she wrote 1 or 2 songs for that woman...thats it. So why are we acting like Jlo would have no music career if not for Ashanti? Jlo was bigger than her and came out with music before her.
