    I haven't listened yet. But I feel like a lot of his hype comes from the fact that he's gay/bi. I remember that announcement/confession he made online had everyone vouching for him.

    ^^Totally agree with you on Bedtime Stories. It's one of her best. My favourite Madonna albums would have to go as follows: 1. Ray of Light 2. Bedtime Stories 3. Erotica (BS and this are always switching positions) 4. Music 5. Like a Prayer 6. Confessions on a Dance Floor ... And I don't have clear ratings on the rest.

    You saw her on the Confessions tour? I'm surprised you were bored during that show. I've seen a lot of her fans laud it as one of her best. From what I've seen, the show looked neat. I've never seen Madonna live, but I liked watching The Girlie Show, Blonde Ambition and Drowned World.

    I still think the song is quite meh, but the dancing in the video is good. I'm still kinda sad that Usher's popularity has dropped the past few years. He should be bigger than what he is now. I don't think this song will be the one to go far on the charts though.

    Whether it's Taylor in the video or not (I think it is), this whole situation benefits both parties IMO. People are giving Taylor even more attention because of this thing. I'd guess that she'll end up coming out of this mostly unscathed.

    Ehh.. "No Limit" is just OK to me. I think Usher is trying to follow the trends. I feel like I've heard that type of song before; trap music is catchy, but it's usually not much else. All the songs use the same types of drum kits. But what's worse is that Usher isn't even singing a lot on the track. "No Limit" will have a shelf life of about 3-6 months max and I think Usher could do better.

    Went to Canada's Wonderland for Canada Day and as I was leaving, they were playing "Let's Wait Awhile" on the loudspeakers. It was a great way to end the day (I also heard Madonna's "Deeper and Deeper" which was a nice bonus).

    I feel that if Janet hadn't done the VMA MJ tribute, Madonna would have. That unnecessary speech of hers said to me that she wanted to be a part of the tribute in any way possible. One might even look at Madonna's speech as self-serving (although I wouldn't go that far).

    I thought the Prince tributes were great. Definitely a step up from the Billboard Awards. Janelle Monae did really well (she's underrated) and Sheila E. probably had the most energy out of almost every performer that night. She was fantastic on drums, guitar, and dancing. Overall, I think the BET Awards did a good job sending the Purple One off.
